WIFI broke down an evening till the day after. Coffee at breakfast rather poor.
Large room, modern, close to conference center, close to Tagus.
1 hour opera in the lobby by good singers that sang parts from different operas. Breakfast OK good value for money. Can go again.
a little bit noisy (I can hear my neighbor several times) and also regarding the noise of the bridge just upper the hotel (but this problem is all around the area of the bridge..)
Nice hotel, close to the congress center of lisboa, but a little bit far away from the city center! nice restaurant around, breakfast is good with lot of choice, clean and big room
The heaters are not entirely adequate for a stay in February.
Very friendly owners; beautiful location; pick your own oranges; nice garden.
Good sleep and breakfast, nice barman, an Asian from Luanda, Angola. A pleasant place. Nice bars and restaurants in locality.
Room has no suficient light
Window in the room didn't open, so there were no possibility to get some fresh air from outside. The only possibility was to use air conditioner.
Next to Lisbon Congress Center.
Checking in, staff slow and even took phone calls half way through processing me. Room Service staff entered room twice without knocking and once more delivery something I didnt ask for. Not informed that WIFI free and that mini bar was free. Very tired hotel with no atmosphere.
No free WiFi in the room Charge for using leisure centre
Lcoation was good for Belem
WiFi is not free which is amazing in a country like Portugal (you get free WiFi everywhere, even on the street). Rooms are outdated, old carpet flooring. Even in the suite, we had to request a rope, as it is not standard even in suites. Beware the image posted gives the impression that it is right next to the Tagus river and it's not. You have to cross a busy and noisy road. The hotel is right under the 25 de Abril bridge as well, so if you dare to open the window be prepared for extremely loud noise both the cars and train crossing the bridge as well as the noise from the road.
We were lucky there were some congress going on and managed to have access to the buffet, which was pretty god. Staff is nice and polite, hotel overall is quite clean.
Kitchen. Was a cheat. I ask for a vegan food and they send me stupid meat food.
Standard draft beer poor
Reception area, bar area open and friendly.
Live opera Saturday evening. Fabulous fruit and drink each day.
Comfort No Ironingboard No Umbrellas
Good location and wry comfortable!
You should pay 11 euros just to use indoor pool/day... It is for all health center services, but I only wanted a swim... The air-conditioneer was not working properly, so it was always some smell in the room- damp stagnant water, something like that...
Surprisingly quiet hotel (it is right under bridge with cars and trains passing all the time). Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. A little shaby but clean. Good bar with TV sport channels.
Wasn't allowed to go in my room at least 3 time in my stay of 6 days, this was due to the key being faulty
Loved the staff, the breakfast was great, as was the room service, location was very convenient and the view was amazing
I would have liked to have a kettle in the room for making tea although there was a note saying you can have it at request. Also, an iron in the room. I asked for one and it took three days before I saw it and this was after asking for the second time.
My flight was early so I had to check in early and Francisco at the reception was very helpful. The staff were generally nice and helpful.
Water and electricity are included in the room but internet is not. Really a joke.
Close to conference centre
No wifi in the room. Could be temporary
Nice location near the river and convention centre.
The member of stuff who checked us in was very unwelcoming. I would have liked him to explain to us more about the hotel and actually reply to our questions.
It was an amazing place to relax. Very comfortable and quiet. All you need when on holiday.
Internet does not function at all! One has to pay for any additional service, such as : wi-fi, sauna, etc.
The quality of the hotel was really poor. Not a 4 star hotel at all! They had to change me 4 times and the last room was smelly!. Finally I left they did not make any commercial gesture to apologize and they had forgotten to register me for the breakfast.
It is a more expensive hotel. I knew that. This is to be expected. It is not very well located. To get to most attractions you have to take the bus//taxi. But, I guess what I really did not like was the fact that the hotel charges for wifi at the room. In the lobby it is free. You could tell I was not the only one not wanting to pay the charge because the lobby was full of people.
This is certainly a ver nice hotel. It is very clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and there are interesting options of restaurant in the hotel. Although very close to the bridge (Ponte 24 de Abril), onde can hardly hear anything. It was certainly convenient to me because my event was at the convention center (5 minutes walking).
Not so good for other parts of the city, as it's not on the main metro (just a tram line) Potential problem that it's right under the Cinco de Abril road/rail bridge, which is noisy. However my room faced away from the bridge, and the noise was barely noticeable with the window closed
Location excellent for Lisbon Congress Centre, and for Belem Helpful staff, very comfortable clean and well equipped
