Nice and very friendly staff, clean and confortable room, good buffet breakfast, central location, good and reasonably priced car park, good swimming pool and spa on the top floor with great city view Park and spa/wimming pool are extras, which can be seen as a negative, but as they are reasonably priced I guess it makes more sense to have users paying than having more expensive rooms where non-users would be paying a bit for park and pool they don't need.

Great views of the city from our 17th floor room. This was a quiet place for sleeping purposes. There were lots of options here including the spa, massage treatments, the bar with a smoking lounge and restaurant were all worthwhile. The beds here were very hard. I would have liked to try the spa/swimming pool but everything came with a separate fee and so I thought it was a bit much. I had been led to believe it was included in our rate. Free wireless did not seem to be free and was not explained when we got there.

Helpful staff who spoke English. Pool and spa very useful when traveling with a teenager. Breakfast covered all tastes. The choice of colour for the decor was an attempt at sophistication but the result was just gloomy! Didn't like the jump from the large scale black and white film star pictures to the pastel art in rooms and corridors.

Breakfast was pretty decent and the room size was great. Location was good too, as there is a subway station really close. In any case, it is also possible to walk to the city center. Nevertheless, the area around the hotel seemed a little dodgy, specially at night. I would not rate this hotel as a 4 star. In a 4 star hotel, I would expect to have a glass screen in the bath/shower, not a shower curtain, which is not only ugly, as extremely unhygienic. The room decoration is completely outdated and should be modernized for a 4 star hotel. Additionally, the chambermaid never changed our dirty glasses during the entire time we were hosted. Finally, pillows were a joke: old and terribly uncomfortable.

Swimming pool and In-t are not included in price. In swimming pool they demand to have cap but nobody noticed it. Info on reception is very poor and girls are not polite. Condition and safing box were broken and no reaction for request about repair. Good location near metro station, 10 min by foot to city center, new building - 19 floors with swimming pool on the 19th fl.

Clean and modern Breakfast for the price (10 € / person) is a bit overpriced considering most of the hot food was cold and tasteless

Our few days were mainly for sightseeing and once we found I way around the hotel was not in a bad location, however I would not feel very safe wondering about the area at night but we used the local taxis which were a very good service and the metro during the day.

The hotel is 5 minutes away from the city centre (walking) and is very clean and comfortable. It is very relaxing to spend some hours in the indoor swimming pool contemplating the amazing view over the city.

Nice staff and good breakfast My room was very cold. The air conditioning unit made too much noise so had to turn it off. Fortunately there were blankets in the wardrobe I could use. The decor was a bit dated for a hotel that opened 5/6 years ago making it feel old and tired

The rooms and breakfast in particular were excellent and the hotel overall good and good value for money. I was very disappointed that the use of the pool attracted a charge of 10 euros per person per day extra. This meant that although we had picked the hotel specifically to use the pool we could not as it would have added 30 euros aday to my bill and it was not worth it to have a quick sauna/jacuzzi after a dsay sightseeing. I don't know if this was clearly stated on the website when I booked but I probably would have chosen another hotel. I have never come across a hotel that charges guests.

*Booked a Junior Suite which was spacious and comfortable. *Very bad food in the à la carte restaurant. *Everything has to be paid for. Internet at 2€ for 30 minutes isn't acceptible anymore these days, 10€ for a quick swim in the pool neither. I was, however, positively surprised that they didn't charge me for sneezing in the lobby...
