Own parking on 7 euro per day but we found free parking on a nearby street Location is rather good but to get to the center on foot is about 30 min as well as by metro because you need to make a line change and you can wait each train for 10 minutes as it is normal

Rooms are not so good and new as it was shown on the pictures, they mostly correspond with a 3star hotel, but with own air conditioning system and nice view

Central location, welcoming staff, nice bar area in the reception area (this wasn't there when we last stayed there). Comfortable clean rooms.

Lobby is nice and welcoming, wifi is 5€/day but quality is great, breakfast is better than hotels in the same city/price range.rooms are very comfortable, great value for money. location next to metro station

location is average, not in tourist area, nor next to train station.

The dinner in the restaurant was fantastic. Staff very friendly and attentive. Receptionists helpful and English very good. However the beds were not very comfortable. You have to pay for everything, including the key to the safe in the room. Also internet! This is not mentioned in the infomation on the hotel. If you are going to charge at least let the customer know! The location of the hotel was not pleasant.

We have used VilaGale hotels in the Algarve Thought we would use then again as we were visiting Porto.

We felt unsafe when we were out in the evening, therefore did not go out in the evenings /in the dark.

When we checked in we were told that the spa was included in the booking, but when we checked out we were told that the spa was not included and we were charged approx 30 Euros for use of the spa for 2 days. No where on the internet was it mentioned that the Spa was extra. When we queried this we were told that they will call the Police if we do not pay the bill. After a lot of arguments they decided to waive the fee.

Beautiful hotel with lots of facilies. Good food and large rooms.

Buena relación calidad/precio , comodidad, instalaciones, es un buen hotel. La ubicación está muy bien , no se tarda casi al centro y tiene el metro casi en la puerta.

No siempre te dan información de la ciudad , o al menos no todo el personal se molesta en ayudarte .El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, pasamos calor por la noche aunque lo comunicamos al hotel.

Amei o fato de ter spa e o café da manhã. Equipe super simpática. A Marina foi sensacional! Ganhei frigobar livre e rede wi-fi sem custo adicional. De quebra um lanche de boas vindas.

Tentei marcar massagem para o mesmo dia, mas nunca tinha disponibilidade. O hotel fica um pouco recuado da rua e a entrada é com paralelepídos o que é ruim para puxar a mala. A rede wi-fi pode melhorar.

La qualité de la literie

El personal ha sido muy amable. El desayuno buffet era muy bueno y muy completo. El centro esta a 15mn andando.

Internet no es gratis

Da localização, da excelência do quarto e da limpeza e do magnífico serviço de pequeno almoço.

Ja nao é a primeira vez que lá fico, mas mais pela localização, para onde preciso de me deslocar.

Ja nao me lembrava que o parque de estacionamento é pago, penso que para o valor que se paga o mesmo ja devia estar incluído.pois falam em estacionamento e esses nao pagos são quatro a cinco lugares

Ubicacion cerca del centro y metro.facil acceso. Limpieza

Nos encantó el desayuno, un buffet muy bueno y variado, con fruta pelada y troceada, todo un lujo!. La ubicación muy buena, en diez minutos llegas al centro andando. También hay una linea de bus y de metro que te llevan al centro o a la playa. Ha sido todo perfecto.

En el precio del hotel debería entrar el gimnasio y la piscina climatizada.
