The rroms were clean and the hotel was in a very good location, just a short walk to attractions The did charge for the pool, and this was not clear on the website (although the manager said it was listed as a fee on Booking) He did however comp us a day in the pool (it was a little cold for my taste, especially if they charge for it). All in all, my kids loved it- so just a minor complaint |

Good scenery from a 11th floor room. Breakfast was OK. Unreliable and unfriendly front desk. The process of check in and out were not smooth. An employee declined to accept my urgent laundry because it wasn't her job. (She even argued me surprisingly) And my room lighting was too dilmy. |

the room was excellent and the bathroom big. Breakfast was excellent too. Spa facilities very good and affordable. Usually I do not use them because too expensive but 18 euros for 3 days was very good. Bathrobes in the spa. We would have paid 5 euros for 3 days and kept the robe with us. 3 euros a day too expensive.Food was very good except the main hot buffet dishes in the evening. They were not good, tired, tasteless and too wet. We ate big starters and enjoyed the fruit so we were happy. |

Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet! There was a fee to use the pool and exercise facility which is appalling as it was not advertised as such. I chose the hotel because it had an exercise room but did not think it was worth 7 Euros a day to use it! |

Our stay for a week was pleasant and the staff were particularly helpful. The room was clean and warm. Bath and shower benefited from strong water pressure. Breakfast was very good. A tip for the morning staff - try to smile occasionally! |

Comfortable, clean attractive rooms, kind helpful staff. Good service, decent food in the restuarant if a little pricey. No free wifi - seriously, this should be a given now. The area around the hotel is not a particularly nice part of Porto, though the main center is just a short walk away. |

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb! I stayed in a room with minibar included for free...very nice touch. 15 euros for 1 day internet...should be free!!! The hotel is a little bit outdated in decoration and comfort (pillows were not comfortable, toilet paper was extremely bad, shampoo too). Location is not the best if you don't are by car...although taxis are very inexpensive. |

Lots of room in a very comfortable suite, with easy, though somewhat pricey internet and workspace. Well located for walking and access in Porto. I fell into the booking when the hotel first on the list for a meeting was occupied. The Vila Gale was much nicer. |

Due to the category of the room (superior twin) I enjoyed free parking, free minibar and welcome gift. 17th floor provides also great view on the city. Music in elevators and garage was very pleasant. Unfortunatelly the window was dirty, also the cleaning room service arrived to clean the room at 5pm which I think is a bit late. The mattresses were bit bedsore and did not provide comfort while sleeping. |
