Ainoa hotelli, jossa edes joku osasi englantia. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Hotellin illallisella hinta-latusuhde oli kehno, aulan internettiä ei ssatu toimimaan, baarin hintataso oli kohtuuton. Valitsimme hotellin, koska halusimme palvelut. ne eivät kuitenkaan toimineet, tai olivat ylihintaisia. |

Lots of room in a very comfortable suite, with easy, though somewhat pricey internet and workspace. Well located for walking and access in Porto. I fell into the booking when the hotel first on the list for a meeting was occupied. The Vila Gale was much nicer. |

Due to the category of the room (superior twin) I enjoyed free parking, free minibar and welcome gift. 17th floor provides also great view on the city. Music in elevators and garage was very pleasant. Unfortunatelly the window was dirty, also the cleaning room service arrived to clean the room at 5pm which I think is a bit late. The mattresses were bit bedsore and did not provide comfort while sleeping. |

The hotel was a class over what yo would expect for the money we paid, probably because it is huge and they need to lower the prices to keep it full. It is really high class hotel, excellent breakfast, nice bar with live music, and great sights from 20+ floor. Close to the metro, easy access to the airport and the city. So, if the price is right, don't hesitate a minute |

The hotel room was clean and comfortable with all necessary facilities. Good breakfast. Service at the reception was prompt and friendly. The hotel is well located at walking distance from the main shopping district of Porto and near a metro station. Excellent value for money considering the offered rate in tourist season. The hotel bar was dull, located in the first floor (no view) and without live music, contrary to what was advertised. There was an odd, tangy smell in the otherwise clean and attractive bathroom. The surrounding areas are not very inspiring, but that's hardly any fault of the hotel. |

Every thing, the hotel is little old but very clean and i dont thing you will find any new hotel in the center or around, got a big room with a great view over the city and could see the ocean.Very nice staff, friendly and helped us with every thing.Will take this hotel cause of those great guys. |

The hotel is gorgeous, the price is very acceptable and the conditions are much better. I was impressed by the cleanliness conditions.Also, the hotel is in centre so you can visit very easy the historical centre.The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are amaizing. I will recomend this hotel to all my best frieds. |

We found the whole stay really good. The room was clean and the hotel staff helpful. We took advantage of the day's access to the Spa and found that to be a good experience as well. The hotel is near public transport and walking distance from the main shopping street. We would consider staying there again. |

Location quite close to the city centre, bus, taxis and subway, easy to reach by foot. Spa facilities are very nice, clean and quiet. (Extra fee is required, but it's worth it.) Breakfast extended and very good. Personnel is friendly and helpful. Hotel is quiet and clean. Second time we stay there for a short break, and we are very pleased ! |

During my stay there I really enjoyed thier services and how friendly they were to us. they were helpful everytime . The hotel was very nice and great location to the shopping area The only down fall was that they had booked us for our last night in lisbon at one of their properties Vila gale opera. we figured since this hotel was so nice we would stay at that one . we were so disappointed .The area was very shady near the bridge away from any kind of active area . |

Rooms were spacious and clean. Porto had some interesting history and nice views by the river. I did not really like the location. The surrounding area seemed run down. Could not use the pool without a cap and also had to pay despite only wanting to spend about 30 mins there. They also tried to charge us for a third person extra even though we had booked a suite for 3 persons. I think the reviews on Trip Advisor are too generous and rated too highly. |
