The hotel is gorgeous, the price is very acceptable and the conditions are much better. I was impressed by the cleanliness conditions.Also, the hotel is in centre so you can visit very easy the historical centre.The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are amaizing. I will recomend this hotel to all my best frieds. |

We found the whole stay really good. The room was clean and the hotel staff helpful. We took advantage of the day's access to the Spa and found that to be a good experience as well. The hotel is near public transport and walking distance from the main shopping street. We would consider staying there again. |

Location quite close to the city centre, bus, taxis and subway, easy to reach by foot. Spa facilities are very nice, clean and quiet. (Extra fee is required, but it's worth it.) Breakfast extended and very good. Personnel is friendly and helpful. Hotel is quiet and clean. Second time we stay there for a short break, and we are very pleased ! |

During my stay there I really enjoyed thier services and how friendly they were to us. they were helpful everytime . The hotel was very nice and great location to the shopping area The only down fall was that they had booked us for our last night in lisbon at one of their properties Vila gale opera. we figured since this hotel was so nice we would stay at that one . we were so disappointed .The area was very shady near the bridge away from any kind of active area . |

Rooms were spacious and clean. Porto had some interesting history and nice views by the river. I did not really like the location. The surrounding area seemed run down. Could not use the pool without a cap and also had to pay despite only wanting to spend about 30 mins there. They also tried to charge us for a third person extra even though we had booked a suite for 3 persons. I think the reviews on Trip Advisor are too generous and rated too highly. |

We liked the location in that it was easy to drive to and on the quieter side of town. It was an easy walk to the center of the city and the river, although the hills slowed us down a bit. Porto is a great city to visit. |

Ruime junior suite, zeer goed restaurant, rijk ontbijtbuffet, vriendelijk personeel in het restaurant, proper zwembad met mooi uitzicht op de stad. Goede ligging op 1 km van het centrum. Parking. Personeel aan de receptie niet echt aangenaam, zowel bij aankomst als vertrek. Gebruik zwembad alleen tegen betaling (EUR 7.5 & 2.5 extra voor een zwemmuts); dit is belachelijk en jammer! |

Hôtel de la chaîne Vila Galé. Cet hôtel est parfait pour découvrir Porto. Tout est présent dans la chambre, minibar, sèche cheveux etc... Le buffet de petit déjeuner est très complet. Il y a un petit parking gratuit devant l'hôtel pour les chanceux, le souterrain étant payant. Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour cet hôtel très moderne et situé à quelques centaines de mètres du centre. |
