Really helpful, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good location with nice pool. Great cheap parking garage too. Uncomfortable beds, room could have been cleaner, water saver on shower makes it uncomfortable |

Easy check in. Pool side room was quiet, especially at night. Dinner buffet offers good choice at fair price. Included breakfast excellent. Bathroom fittings 'tired' and black mould on tiles etc not good in appearance or for health. |

its central location is a plus, a friendly poolside atmosphere i stayed in mid may with a group of friends averaging 30, however most of the other tourists staying in vila gale were were significantly older, tavira being away from the algarve hotspots seems to attract tourists for its aesthetic values rather than its nightlife! |

The hotel was very nice and well situated. The sfatt were very friendly and the beds very comfy. The breakfast was excellent. We booked the Junior suite which gave us a lot more space but wasn't partuculary luxury which is what I expected from a suite. The room service which we ordeded at 1am was awful, the pizza was more like cardboard and expensive. Also the indoor pool was 7.50 euros to use which was not stated clearly on the description of the hotel. |

convenient centre for exploring the eastern Algarve. Excellent breakfasts. Chose to go to local restaurants for evening meals. Rooms a bit 'business-like' rather then cosy! |

We took 6 over 75s to the hotel and they all thoroughly enjoyed the stay,.The breakfast was excellent and the location is superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they would all love to go again. They would have all liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room |

The hotel offers a good combination of facilities (swimming pool, breakfast, etc) and location. Tavira is a very small town so this hotel is within walking distance to the bus staton and close to the major tourist areas. We also had the dinner buffet at the hotel as we were too tired to go out upon arrival. The selection was limited and the quality was not great for the price. It would be better to walk 5 minutes and eat at some restaurants by the river/roman bridge. |

The hotel public areas are extremely spacious, starting with the lobby & reception area where we checked in by a very friendly and professional receptionist. We relaxed right away and this continued for the week's holiday. Bedroom was well furnished and clean, & had fridge and a/c. Breakfast buffet had superb choice. We did not have any dislikes. |

The restaraunt was excellent and the staff very friendly. The room we were put in was at the back of the hotel, near a busy noisy road. and the patio door could not be locked. all of our valubles were carried with us everywhere as the in room safe was also broken. |

It had a nice friendly atmosphere with helpful staff. The food was good and the position of the hotel was excellent, with access to the town. I was there in January, so I did find the rooms a little cold. |
