Personale cortese, servizi accessori ottimi, colazione abbondante e varia, tranquillità nonostante il gran numero di ospiti Rispetto alla classificazione dell'Hotel (5 stelle) sarebbe necessario aggiornare il locale bagno (rubinetti e suppellettili varie un pò datate e consunte - ma pulite) |

The view (to the sea). Clean, large rooms. The internet acccess was available only in the lobby, no service (like bar) was provided. We were many in the hotel lobby accessing the (wireless) internet, but felt like displaced (und sometimes unwanted) there. Why there are tables in the hotel lobby if there is no use of them envisaged?! (No drink, no food, no plugs for computers, no magasins... ). |

I did not like the hotel so I checked out next day and moved to another one. Stuff is non professional.rooms are in bad condition. |

Location is perfect, next to beach and walking distance to marina. It boasts five star but is really no more than a very good 3 star. Had it been a 3 star I booked I would have loved it! |

We have stayed here for the last 4 years. This year was the first time that beach towels were not available anymore. This was never mentioned on the web site. Previous years towel have been available for the pool area. |

It was a very nice hotel and the staff are wonderful.. The view from my window was of the beach and ocean, which is something great to wake up to every morning It would have been great if the gym in the hotel was more equipped and better maintained |

On the beach, superb location and excellent value for money. I checked the reviews after booking. Lot of previous reviews complained about the cleanliness, hotel grading, friendliness etc. I was pleasantly surprised that there was nothing wrong with cleanliness. The previous guests were just not familiar with the nostalgia of an old Portugese building or the cooking. Well, If you are big and morbidly obese, look for an other hotel as you may not like the Bathroom facilities. They were built for an average Portugese. |
