Loved the Villa. Nice modern design, spacious enough, great Super King bed, lovely grounds, great facilities and we got an unbeleivable rate. We only stayed one night before our flight home and really couldn't have asked for more. Would definately stay again.

Emailed a week in advance to enquire about early check in and told they would if possible. Arrived at noon and was told it'd be possible to check in somewhere between 1 and 4. After receptionist made a call was informed that 4 was earliest. I am in the hotel industry and can't beleive that, out of season and that I emailed in advance that they couldn't be at all flexible.

The room is great, furnished and with a large terrasse, staff is friendly, peaceful location

Check out at 10 am and check in not before 4pm, hard to really enjoy the room if you just stay for a night

Wi-fi in accommodation would be the icing on the cake :)

Lack of internet wifi in room.

Great location, and wonderful staff and property - a real pleasure to experience with my wife, who I was sure impressed from my choice (always a good thing!).

The hotel should provide internet wirelessly in the rooms, in this day and age, as this was really the only thing I would say as a criticism to update.

Excellent value for the money! We are not golfers, but chose to stay at Diamond Villas as it allowed us extra space for our family (we have three small children) while visiting the Algarve. We were not disappointed! The set up of the villa was perfect for us and we found it quite comfortable. Faro and Almancil are just a short drive away and we also enjoyed some of the shops and restaurants right in Quinta do Lago. Would absolutely stay here again.

Indoor pool was chilly. We ate at Bobby Jones and while the food was great and our waiter was pleasant, there were just a handful of people in the place yet we waited an extremely long time for our dinners.

Great value for money. Clean well maintained. Good service.

There wasn't anything not to like.

Good Bathrooms

The apartment was extremely cold when we arrived and the heating was inadequate for winter. It took more than 2 days to heat up. It was described as 'superior' but we felt that the furnishings etc., were in fact very basic and designed for summer living. The equipment in the kitchen were very adequate

The townhouse was recently refurbished - cool calm colours, excellent bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Staff at reception were exceptionally helpful. Excellent choice of tv channels and the location is very good.

It was January so house was a bit cold and took a time to heat up - but that said - heating in every room so really not a complaint.

Great location

Nice villas, good value for money. Although we were there in 'the rainy season', the apartment was comfortable and dry. It was well equipped and rooms were pretty good and clean. The infrastructure (swimming pool mostly) was good... The kids enjoyed it very much.

Only 1 toilet at the house was sometimes a bit limited.. But all in all no real bad surprises..

Booked the Diamond Resort standard apartment. friendly staff, good housekeeping, relaxed atmosphere - good for a family vacation, they provide lots of things for the children - high chair, stair gates, travel cot with an extra mattress so you child can sleep comfy - with no extra cost - perfect. The garden is well kept, pool is nice, indoor pool is a nice extra and actually warm, so you can even go swimming with your toddler. We stayed in a standard bedroom apartment - new bathroom with shower, new kitchen, partly new furniture in Living room, new mattresses in bedroom, everything very clean - but it does look different as most of the pictures they show you on their website - if you want that you have to book the premium apartments! Also it might get very crowed if you stay with two children, would recommend it for couples with one toddler. But still it was a nice apartment and we loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be back.

It is subjective but we thought the mattress was very, very hard.
