Location was quite good for our requirements and the rooms were quite comfortable, clean, well decorated and modern. Service in hotel was quite slow but i think a lot of Portugal suffers from this issue. Not enough staff in restaurant or bar didn't help. Internet connection available was slow not not much use. |

The hotel is only two years old. Decent breakfast. The hotel has attempted to create a minimalistic atmosphere but failed on quality in many aspects: sound proofing between rooms is truly minimalistic as well as for outdoor noise. The neighbour's dog kept barking all night and could be heard in the room. Parquet flooring in the hotel has been improperly installed and kept squeaking in the room and corridors. Beds were too narrow and hard. Pillows not designed for a good night's sleep so it's better if you bring your own. Only one chair was in the room. Flatscreen tv has been mounted too high on the wall and therefore the remote control could only be used when standing i.e. the beam was horizontal. Materials in the room on the cheap side. Cut our stay short i.e. one night only. |

Es ist grundsätzlich ein modernes Hotel, hat aber Mängel: - Das ganze Hotel ist düster, das Zimmer hat genau 4 relativ schwache Einbau-Spots. Wahnsinn: Der Frühstücksraum ist im Keller und fensterlos und es läuft ganz traurige, melancholische Musik! Das habe ich ja noch nie erlebt. Ich würde nicht wieder hingehen. Das Zimmer hat komisch gerochen (vielleicht nach Feuchte), denn nach der zweiten Nacht waren die Fenster inwendig ganz beschlagen (das sollte doch nicht sein). Preis-Leistung findet man hoffentlich in Portugal bessere Hotels... |

Trato en recepción muy cordial y con profesionalidad. El precio más que razonable. El spa-gimnasio suficiente. El desayuno óptimo. Un 9. Ajuste de la puerta del baño: ruidosa y sin engrasar. Faltan pequeños repasos o arreglos menores. Cierta oscuridad e incomodidad en las butacas del salón-bar, un poco desangelado en el invierno. Precisa urgentemente la habilitación de un espacio más acogedor. |

Apesar do quarto ser um pouco escuro, era relativamente confortavel. A parte da piscina era muito agradável embora o jacuzzi nao funcionasse da melhor maneira. Calma do ambiente em redor. Muito escuro, pouca luz no quarto, e em alguns sitios do hotel tinta descascada, embora nao fosse propriamente muito visivel, nao passava despercebido. Pouca informação oferecida pelos funcionarios. E o jardim do hotel tem vista para um campo de cultivo. Mau isolamento acustico nos quartos. |

El restaurante fenomenal, nos ha gustado mucho (precio medio, calidad buena). El desayuno buffet bueno, salvo el zumo de naranja que es muy malo (aunque no fuera natural podría saber mejor). |
