The Hotel was is in a very good position for all kind of activities. Especialy for visiting the city of Lisbon. Metro station in a distance of 200m and a market as well. Wonderful breakfast buffet and helpfull personnel. Very clean and silent rooms. I would try to stay the next time that I will visit Lisbon if I could find similar price.

The hotel was ideally situated for our concert trip. Breakfast food selection was ok but the only coffee available from a machine was dreadful. Powerdered luke warm milk and coffee is bitter, tasteless and unpleasant. For this reason alone I would not choose this hotel again.

I like the localization. I didn't like the room. The room was too small for 2 persons and without space to put our things. The wardrobe was close to the table were is the tv which means that we can not access it.

Very close to airport from where we were traveling to Natl, Brazil. Also had experienced one of your other hotels at New Years and knew we would be well looked after.

Swimming pool and gym/spa facilities were closed for maintenance works during our stay. Despite these works taking place for a month we were not informed of them prior to arrival.

The hotel has a very convinient location. It is very close to the airport and metro and bus stops are two minutes walk distance. The indoor pool was very nice and almost no one was there.

The staff were very helpful. The lobby is very nice, modern and open, and the rooms were very nice too. The coffee shop was good (but I never had the opportunity to eat at the restaurant). It's very convenient to Lisbon's great metro, and very close to the airport, which was wonderful for our very early morning departure. They should offer Wi-Fi, it's surprising that they don't. At least the internet is free is you bring a cable--but we hadn't, and we were looking forward to being able to use Wi-Fi on our smartphones, but couldn't. They had decided to shut down one of the elevators (for repairs? not sure) during a crowded weekend, which made getting an elevator an ordeal on one of the most crowded days. The neighborhood has a large abandoned plot of land that the hotel looks over, which is unfortunate for now, but which I expect will be nice if the land is ever developed.

In a really good position (near the entre campos station) Cleaning of the room was not so good, also the restaurant is not a 4 stars restaurant. No wifi connection and for the classic one you have to bring your own cable

Nice breakfast (with several varieties of meat, cheese, fruits, and bread), OK'ish location (near an underground and a commuter train stations). Helpful staff. Good cafe working all day long or so. The idea of making a semi-transparent wall between the bathroom and the room is really strange (first, you can see silhouette of a person in the bathroom; second, light from the bathroom wakes people in the room up). Coffee was not good; breakfast could probably include some fresh vegetables.

You can go directly to the city center using a very close metro station. If you are in a city trip like us and tired of walking, you can also take a taksi and it costs about 6-7 euro. The room was always very clean and it was cleaned every day. They also had a very rich breakfast. We really enjoyed it. There is also a spa downstair with sauna and turkish steam bath, also a swimming pool. You have to wear a bonnet and slippers to be able to use the swimming pool. It's not a big deal but there is no wi-fi in the hotel that you can use with your smart phone. You need to have a laptop and a cable to enjoy the free internet which can be enough if you are one a business trip. (But we weren't)

Our room was spacious, with seating area, desk and built in wardrobe. Bed was comfoftable and big enough for 2 adults and a toddler to sleep in. Breakfast buffe was good and there was something for everyone. Swimming pool was open and quite warm water although web site said that its closed on weekends. Location was not very god for us to visit city because metro has lot of steps to go with a pram ecpesially when your child is a sleep on a way back from dinner. Showers in swimming pool area are old and it took a long time to get any warm water from them. Carpet in our room was quite dirty and some stains on a walls.

Overall, everything. The purpose of choosing this hotel was for the spa and pool facilities. I was disappointed that it was closed due to maintenance. At the time of booking, I was informed on the booking confirmation that this facility will be out of order until 31/10/11. Hence my booking was from 16/11/11.

Very near a supermarket and the Metro, so convenient location considering it was out of the centre. The location meant that the rate was affordable for a hotel of this quality. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We slept very well. Free wired internet in the room (but remember to bring a cable). Only two of three lifts were working, which meant that there were long waits at peak times. Swimming pool wasn't worth writing home about, jacuzzi was closed, gym didn't exist. We could use the facilities at a nearby VIP hotel, however. We thought we had booked a Double, but were given a Twin. We were informed that when you book, you get either a Twin or a Double - nothing is guaranteed and you can't choose which one you want. This is madness! Two friends will want a Twin, couples will want a Double. Why be so unhelpful? Luckily we were able to switch after the first night.

Clean, efficient, had a safe in the room, an essential in this fairly unsafe city. Good lobby. Breakfast good- except coffee, which was horrible. Spacious airy rooms. The breakfast coffee was undrinkable- out of a self-service machine, and tasted awful. Should have fresh coffee, surely. The swimming pool- one of the reasons for my choice- not user friendly. Swimming cap a requirement- not my idea of a relaxing pool. Lighting in the room- awful- no separate lighting for different areas or for one partner to read in bed- it was all or nothing. Glass wall in bathroom meaning whole room was lit if one person visited bathroom in the night. Safe was broken when we arrived- but they replaced it, so fine. But we had an attempted robbery on the metro on the first night while it wasn't installed and we were carrying all our stuff, so could have been very costly. Lack of hot water for tea/coffee in room. We had to use a cafe nearby for coffee. Lots of good coffee around, so this was a specific failing of the hotel.
