There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The restaurant was closed ion the evening and we were not told. I thought that charging €12 for the hotel's own car park was a bit steep. |

I thought the hotel above expectation for the neighborhood. The check in and out went very smooth and staff helpful. Only spent one night due to leaving Portugal but would book in again if I return to Lisbon. I did appreciate the use of internet but did not appreciate paying for it. If you set a time limit per use for guests it would be better than the coin insert method. |

Of the many hotel in Lisbon I have stayed in over the years, Villa Rica is by far the best in terms of efficiency - comfort - and - cleanliness. Its location is a bit less ideal (neither on the beach nor in the very center of the city) but the Metro station is nearby and the parking for rental car is excellent. |

central and the staff were helpful. Excellent breakfast and the room was clean and well equipped. We were disappointed not to be able to use the pool and spa facilities. It was a big reason why we had chosen the hotel but on arrival we were told that it was shut on Saturday as it was Liberation Day and it was never open on a Sunday... We arrived late on Friday as we had a delayed flight and so could not use the facilities Friday night either. |

the rooms were clean and it was near to my conference and the metro station I didn't like the lack of staff on the friday evening, the same person was doing 3 jobs leaving the resturant to open a lot later than expected. The noise during the night caused a lot of disruption for myself and my collegue. |

Fantastic location. Lots of facilities (bar, gym, free internet but only if the front desk has an available cable). They didn't have internet cables when I needed one! |

Internet access was super. Cleaning staff were very efficient and friendly. The gym, although good, was quite small for such a large hotel as was the pool (and you have to purchase a swimming hat for 5EUR to be allowed in the pool! Namely two points I have to grumble (!) about: 1.) For a four star hotel (and considering the clientele were largely English/American) there weren't many English-speaking staff. |

Amazing luxurious room and bathroom + excellent breakfast buffet. There is no wireless and the hotel had run out of phone cables to connect to ASDL line, so I suggest you bring your own cable, just in case. |

Proximity to the city centre and to the airport plus excellent directions from staff. In general, all services provided by the staff were superb, particularly by the fellow in the garage who has a difficult job given the narrowness of the facility. The garage. It is very narrow and difficult to traverse in and out. |

Beautiful hotel, best room in Europe I have ever had. Close to the airport, maybe a little far from downtown (short cab ride). The bar closed too early for a hotel of this quality. |

The pool & spa facilities The bar area could be cosier, the menu in the news bar could improve by adding sandwiches and other lunch snacks. |

Enjoy one of the most prestigious addresses in Lisbon - The Marquês de Pombar Square, overlooking the beautiful Edward VII Park. |
Its excellent location and sophisticated atmosphere make this luxurious 5-star hotel, situated in-between Lisbon’s historic centre and main business district, a haven of relaxation. |
Enjoy the tranquillity this hotel radiates, while staying in Lisbon’s city centre, with the Eduardo VII park and the Marquês de Pombal square right at your doorstep. |
Hotel Mundial is located in the very heart of Lisbon. The small streets surrounding the hotel are full of atmosphere with small restaurants and bars wherever you go. |
