Free internet, good buffet breakfast, fairly close to metro station, supermarket nearby too, big room and bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the piano sessions in the lobby in the afternoons. The hotel provided laundry service *but* I would like to be able to to borrow an iron and freshen up my clothes myself. |

I would stay in this hotel again, is not near the city center bur is very close to the train station and the metro. I think that for the price is a great deal. |

It was really convenient for the university and for travelling about the city. It was very nicely designed and the rooms were well decorated and clean. |

The location. It's just in the city center / downtown. The free internet access in the room. The cleaning lady came into my room at 9:30am without warning. |

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel and I found it to be up to the standard of the previous visits. Nice rooms, helpful staff and because of public transport a good place to be able to visit most of Lisbon. |

The hotel is conveniently located between the University of Lisbon campus (1 km, 15 min walk) and the city (Entrecampos subway station is about 200m about 5 min walk, then it's only a few stops to the city centre). The hotel is decent, clean, business style. Don't expect great views or anything like that. The area in front of the hotel is currently wasteland, most likely under construction in a few months/years time. |

Very friendly staff with a a choice of a simple cafe style meal or full restaurant. For me this was a quick overnighter between flights and suited the purpose perfectly. A meal a good sleep and close enough to the airport. |

Free internet via cable, clean room. The TV was average. The wellness area was a bit disappointing, one has to buy slippers and a bathing cap and then some facilities (like to hot tub) were out of order. In my opinion it doesn't live up to the expectations you have after reading how it presents itself. |

Plenty of room, free internet connection. I did choose this hotel because of sauna and swimming pool but I couldn't use them because I didn't have slippers and swimming cap. It would be nice if such issues would be informed beforehand on hotel page. I wasn't happy with location; thank god there was metro station nearby (Entrecampos). |

There was no battery in remover control for TV, and lamp on the table did not work. When I asked all shortcomings were corrected. |

My room was very quiet and smoke free as I requested however my colleague could have a smokers room as she requested. I found it very convenient to eat in the cafe next door when I returned late. It all felt very safe. There was no wireless connection but the hotel staff were happy to provide cables to myself and to colleagues for our use. They were very helpful. We all met up for breakfast before our conference which was very good. There was only one small thing - I had to move the television to put the cable into the socket next to it and that part of the wall just behind the television was filthy because of the heat from it and dust. |

I just stayed one night. I liked the warm welcome of its staff, the room and the rest of the hotel clean conditions. The restaurant could be improved in terms of choices of dishes and the hotel could have a proper system to get a taxi at short notice. I was departing early in the morning to the airport and I had to walk to the next street to have a taxi. |
