The rooms were very comfortable and quiet.

The location is not so nice and you need to take metro o bus to go to city enter in 15-25 min.

Clean, modern and helpful reception staff.

Location was in a rundown area. Breakfast buffet was very basic and the coffee was bad. The jacuzzi was out of order and the pool was quite dark as some of the lights were out. The lobby bar was closed down and the piano was not played.

- It is really close to the metro - The facilities are good. It seems to have been made as a 4 stars hotel but it has been kept without much update/maintenance - Nice sauna

- Bathtub was not really clean

It is not in the most attractive part of Lisbon

The hall and room was luxury, friendly staff in the bar restaurant and the shop gifts inside the hotel. The swimming pool was available all day till 9 pm but the sauna and turkish bath was only 2 hours for day( that bit disappointed me!).overall was great for cleanest ,luxury and for the budget... It 's situated near the metro who work so well and easy.we enjoyed lisbon and the villa rica hotel .i'll recommend for all peoples

Nobody look after the swimming pool that was on the minus 5 floor and was unsupervised by not one.also the showers on that floor wasn't clean and new and without hot water....

Room was spacious and location was also good as we came straight to the railway Entercampos station. We saw in other comments that location were described as bad one but that's not true - 15-20 minutes and with metro You are in any place in Lisbon. Also swiming pool and saunas were very nice - we really suggest to try them.

Expensive breakfast, ten euros per person is really too much. Also quite hard to understand why You need swimming cap in pool. We had to buy it for four euros. Room was nice but in such hotel You really expect normal chair, not the broken one. Also door of the bathroom was working very loudly. Probably the biggest minus is wireless internet. Hotel offers only cable (which is free) and internet then it is working well. But if You have Ipad or other devices this could be a big problem for business trip. Anyway, we would suggest this hotel.

Service was great--having a marathon on Sunday, they let me check out late so that I could come back and shower.

Location is a bit out of where things happen in town.

No coffee facility in the room. Few tv channels and all in Portuguese !!!!!!! It should be a 2 or 3 stars hotel not 4,!!!!!!!!!

Location and room size as well as the indoor swimming pool.

Apliances were not working properly and the cosmetics available at the room were too basic for a 4* Hotel. TV is a very old model and the channels available doesn't quite sastify a costumer that want to stay indoors on a rainny day.

Good position with respect iscte where I had to be. Good rooms, cleaned and beautiful. Very pleasant staff.

No internet wifi connection!! This is a deal break for a 4* hotel. I can't come back here unless they implement wifi in the rooms. In the looby two computers with internet connection are available (pay-service).

Low distance to airport (10 taxi minutes), comfortable rooms, huge and clean bathroom.

Being a typical business- and comference hotel, be sure that Villa Rica won't offer you the feel good factor of a spa or health resort. Some rooms are located towards the entry lane of the airport.

Firstly, the staff were very attentive, which made for a good initial and lasting impression. Also, my room was of a such standard as to make me feel comfortable in my surroundings. All in all my stay at this hotel was a very positive experience.

Lack of free WiFi in the hotel, essential for my work. The wired network available was not stable with lots of interrupts.

The price was very good for a city so didn't expect to much but was really surprised by the standard of this hotel. To sum up a 1 star price for a 4 star hotel

Had to pay extra for parking a car over night cost was 12 euros

Its minimalist decor and the spacious room and reception. Reception and concierge staff were very helpful.

Too far from city centre attractions and few eating places nearby.
