De ontbijten zijn lekker, en het zou nog beter kunnen zijn als ze af en toe variable kunnen klaargemaakt worden; Hotelpersoneel zijn heel vriendelijk, vooral de meisjes die kamer schoonmaken. En bovendien is internet gratis! |

goed personeel. behulpzaam en aardig.Kamer royaal, goede badkamer uitgezonderd een licht barricade van het toilet, te dicht op de wastafel geplaatst. afstand tot het centrum is ondanks nabijheid van metro wel groot althans voor touristen. Voor zakenlieden lijkt het me de nabijheid van het vliegveld gunstig. |

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They made several recommendations for shopping and dinner. The breakfast (included in the price of the room) was one of the best we had during our stay in Portugal. |

The breakfast was good The price paid for a 125cl bottle of water was excessive. I think that a price of 2.50 was not reasonable. |

There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The restaurant was closed ion the evening and we were not told. I thought that charging €12 for the hotel's own car park was a bit steep. |

I thought the hotel above expectation for the neighborhood. The check in and out went very smooth and staff helpful. Only spent one night due to leaving Portugal but would book in again if I return to Lisbon. I did appreciate the use of internet but did not appreciate paying for it. If you set a time limit per use for guests it would be better than the coin insert method. |

Of the many hotel in Lisbon I have stayed in over the years, Villa Rica is by far the best in terms of efficiency - comfort - and - cleanliness. Its location is a bit less ideal (neither on the beach nor in the very center of the city) but the Metro station is nearby and the parking for rental car is excellent. |

central and the staff were helpful. Excellent breakfast and the room was clean and well equipped. We were disappointed not to be able to use the pool and spa facilities. It was a big reason why we had chosen the hotel but on arrival we were told that it was shut on Saturday as it was Liberation Day and it was never open on a Sunday... We arrived late on Friday as we had a delayed flight and so could not use the facilities Friday night either. |
