For oss som kjørte så hadde hotellet en fin plasering, vi slapp å kjøre helt ned i sentrum. Men alikevel så var det gode buss forbindelser ned til sentrum. Vi har brukt 7 hoteller via booking.com og dere kan så absolutt kalle hotellene for det de heter. Det stod ikke 'Vip Executive Villa Rica Hotel' Det stod 'VR Hotel' Men heldigvis så tok GPS'n oss helt til døren. |

My room was very quiet and smoke free as I requested however my colleague could have a smokers room as she requested. I found it very convenient to eat in the cafe next door when I returned late. It all felt very safe. There was no wireless connection but the hotel staff were happy to provide cables to myself and to colleagues for our use. They were very helpful. We all met up for breakfast before our conference which was very good. There was only one small thing - I had to move the television to put the cable into the socket next to it and that part of the wall just behind the television was filthy because of the heat from it and dust. |

The location.. is well situated in the middle of the city. Rooms are really bad.. This hotel should not be qualified as a 4 stars |

I just stayed one night. I liked the warm welcome of its staff, the room and the rest of the hotel clean conditions. The restaurant could be improved in terms of choices of dishes and the hotel could have a proper system to get a taxi at short notice. I was departing early in the morning to the airport and I had to walk to the next street to have a taxi. |

We stayed at the model room that they will convert all their rooms to during their renovation. It is unusual, trendy and comfortable. The hotel's location is very good. It is close to public transportation. A few sculptures, the Bull Ring and a shopping center is in walking distance. Our room used to have a decent city view but the area next to it is being rebuilt. Depending on what they will build there (a park would be great) the view may become excellent or boring. It deserves at least a 3.5 star upscale designation as is, but after the full renovation it will definitely be 4 star. |

After returning to my room after breakfast at 8.50am i found the house keeper changing the bedding ready for my departure.I thought this was rather premature. |

The hotel was near the airport, and close to the Metro stop. The breakfast was quite good. We asked for a non-smoking room yet got a smoking room. One reason we picked the hotel was that it advertised a pool - which was closed on both days we visited, on one of which it closed several hours earlier than described - the other was a Sunday on which it is apparently always closed. The staff were not friendly and appeared very detached and disinterested. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, there is absolutely no atmosphere or ambience and it is also not in a very pleasant area. |

Good price and good service. The breakfast was excellent. The location was great for the city and the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was rather small and we had to wait till a class finished before we could use it. |

We stayed one night. Everythng was great. Hotel seems to mostly cater to business people, but we had a child and it was just fine. Staff was very helpful. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Good location in between the tourist destinations in the city and the airport. |

The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. The painting on the wall added a nice touch. The housekeeping staff were friendly. Supermarket on the corner of the Metro station Entre Campos - we bought our water there. Taxi rank outside the station. This is not the place to stay if you want a hotel in the centre of town with lots of bars and restaurants. But we didn't feel inconvenienced because it was close to the metro and the taxis were cheap. |

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They made several recommendations for shopping and dinner. The breakfast (included in the price of the room) was one of the best we had during our stay in Portugal. |

There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The restaurant was closed ion the evening and we were not told. I thought that charging €12 for the hotel's own car park was a bit steep. |

I thought the hotel above expectation for the neighborhood. The check in and out went very smooth and staff helpful. Only spent one night due to leaving Portugal but would book in again if I return to Lisbon. I did appreciate the use of internet but did not appreciate paying for it. If you set a time limit per use for guests it would be better than the coin insert method. |

Of the many hotel in Lisbon I have stayed in over the years, Villa Rica is by far the best in terms of efficiency - comfort - and - cleanliness. Its location is a bit less ideal (neither on the beach nor in the very center of the city) but the Metro station is nearby and the parking for rental car is excellent. |

central and the staff were helpful. Excellent breakfast and the room was clean and well equipped. We were disappointed not to be able to use the pool and spa facilities. It was a big reason why we had chosen the hotel but on arrival we were told that it was shut on Saturday as it was Liberation Day and it was never open on a Sunday... We arrived late on Friday as we had a delayed flight and so could not use the facilities Friday night either. |
