The extraordinary kindness and amiability of the personnel always ready to help at any moment, whatever you wish. I have nothing but praise to say regarding the staff. The premises (noisy), the so-called "modernization" of the building (Internet does not work), windows do not open (had to call two persons to be able to open the windows of my room which had to remain open otherwise, once shut, could not be open anymore, the electric sockets come out of the wall when you pull your plug out, tiles on the bathroom floor are broken, the armchair cushion have no zip, other are covered with cigarette burned fabric. It seems to me everything has be done so as to show off as luxury hotel but is certainly not so! For the same price the Hotel Albatroz is certainly better value for money.

Everything. Fantastic location at he heart of Cascais and on the beach, but quiet nevertheless. Beautiful hotel, great staff and facilities (restaurant, bar, swimming pool). Valet parking was also great. A few signs of neglect in terms of maintenance.

I actually stayed at Hotel Albatroz as they were doing renervations at Estalgem. The hotel,service, room quality was outstanding..as simple as that!

The situation was perfect right by the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Our rooms at the front of the hotel were stunning. The staff were helpful, informative, and thoughtful.

The hotel is well placed. It is a nice, well-kept, old house. The rooms have ocean view. The personnel, at the reception, the restaurant and even the room maid, speaks good English, they are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent with freshly squeezed juce, fresh fruits, specially prepared eggs, cheese, etc.etc. The only difficulty is the parking, especially when I was there at the music festival, which takes place every year mid- to end of August.

As the Villa Albratoz was closed we had been put in hotel Albatroz, wich has magnificent views and is very cosy. We got a room with a balcony just in front and over the sea. So, the breakfast took 2 hours...We are very gratefull for this upgrade.

Hyggelig personale og koselige rom.Bra beliggenhet i sentrum av Cascais rett ved sjøen. Enkel, men veldig god frokost, positivt at en kunne bestille omelett, stekt egg etc.. Appelsinjuicen var nypresset og smakte fantastisk. Minus ved at restauranten var stengt på mandag slik at man ikke kunne spise middag på hotellet. Samtidig var bar og utgang til terassen ved hotellet stengt.

El encanto del edificio, la situación privilegiada dentro de la plaza y playa, la amabilidad del personal y el buffet para desayuno en la terraza con vistas a la playa y a la plaza En general me gusto todo pero la limpieza de las habitaciones era regular, sobre todo el cuarto de baño que tenia el aro de la taza del inodoro con manchas de orina de huéspedes anteriores y no las habían limpiado, en otros hoteles cuando llegas ves precintado este aro por higiene

Uitstekend begin of einde portugal lissabon reis. Mooie ligging in centrum cascais. Direct aan strand. Fraai uitzicht tijdens ontbijt. Authentiek hotel. Dito kamer. Enigzins gedateerd maar met charme. Parkeren leek probleem maar werd goed opgelost door personeel. Vrijdagavond veel drukte door uitgaande jongeren. Geluid van plein voor hotel weerkaatst. Raam dichthouden.

Le personnel était accueillant, prévenant et donnait de bons conseils pratiques pour trouver un restaurant de qualité à prix raisonnable. La baignoire était un peu vétuste (limite percement dans le fond); eau chaude "brune" le dernier matin...

Doskonała lokalizacja, fajna atmosfera, niezły widok z okien.Obsługa miła ale nie korzystałem z ich usług.Hotel ładnie położony I ogólnie sympatyczny. To stary hotel I na pewno nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek ( nawet tych portugalskich).Restauracja z ładnym widokiem ale słabiutka kuchnią.W Ciągu pięciu dni pobytu często w łazience nie było wody!!!Ale jak się poczekało kilkanaście minut jakoś można było się umyć.Zdecydowanie lepszy jest Hotel Albatroz do którego można było dojść z Villi w ciągu kilku 5 minut.Ale ogólnie Villę można polecić.
