Beautiful converted old palace to 11 room Inn. Everything first class. Would stay there again. Location couldn't be better. Too pricey. |

The area is superb, the staff caring & polite. The only crtisisms I would have are. A 5 star hotel of this price should have: Room service, food & refreshments at all times, international television, a porter & generally more staff. Perhaps it should be downgraded to a 4 star?. Having said that I loved my stay there & the staff looked after me as well as they could. The other guests. Although I payed extra for a superior room. The balcony promised was tiny with no lounger. |

I have stayed here before - over a year ago and then I would have given an excellent for everything but as with everything things change! It is a charming little hotel in an excellent location in the old town of Cascais and is like staying in a private house with staff - except this time the staff and service was very thin on the ground! The restaurant which used to be one of the best in the whole country has changed and is not as good although it was value for money and the food quite good! Main complaint was that there were very little staff which you had to seek out for a drink, dinner etc and that the tea tray on the middle floor for general use was not refreshed during out entire stay so that there were no clean cups in the morning and yet the reception desk 2 floors down had someone sitting there all night doing nothing! |

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The fittings in the bathroom were lovely and the location was excellent. The pastries in the morning were superb. We tried on 4 occasions to get a drink in the bar early evenings and one late evening, 3 times there was no member of staff in the bar even though it was open, the final time they said they were closed. |

This is a small hotel equipped with all amenities and with excellent personal service. If you like to stay in a beautiful old villa, this is the place to go. There is also an excellent restaurant on the first floor of the property that is run independently and provides breakfast for the guests of the hotel. The location is busy during special events and at peak hours of traffic. The hotel does not have a pool, but beaches and shops are within walking distance. |

Mooi locatie, aan zee. Heerlijk om uit te rusten. Vanuit Lissabon goed bereikbaar met de trein. We hadden een kamer met een erg klein bed en wat mankementen. De eigenaar vond het erg verevelend en bood meteen een andere kamer aan. |

Terem efectuado upgrade do quarto e oferta de champanhe no dia do meu aniversário. Pessoal da recepção muito atencioso. Menina que servia os pequenos almoços não era delicada com os clientes apesar de sorrir. O pequeno almoço era muito básico para um hotel de 5 estrelas e sem apresentarem aguarias da região. |

Pequeño y familiar, frente al mar y con el pueblo de Cascais detrás. Inmejorable situación. No nos avisaron previamente de que había fiestas esos días, a finales de Agosto, por lo que tuvimos ruido inesperado hasta las 12 de la noche. Suponemos que olvidaron avisar. |

su proximidad a la playa y lo centrico que esta el desayuno era muy flojo, precio bastante elevado y no se corresponde con un hotel de 5 estrellas de España, se equivale a un 3 estrellas superior |

A vista é fantástica e os funcionários são extremamente prestáveis e simpáticos. O quarto é razoável do ponto de vista do conforto e dimensões contudo a casa de banho tinha uma particularidade negativa: a localização da sanita em relação ao lavatório que é péssima. |

Nous avons aimé la gentillesse des gens et la possibilité de profiter des services de l'hotel albatros. La terrasse n'était pas ouverte, donc on devait manger à l'intérieur. La salle de bains était plutôt mal équipée (sèche cheveux cassé; peu de gels douche/shampooing). Le lit était trop petit. Nous avons choisi l'hotel sur base de notre très bonne expérience de l'hotel albatros et c'était un peu décevant. |
