Very helpful and welcoming staff, clean room, good breakfast. Very convenient location in the city centre. The air conditioner was quite noisy. |

I thought the location was excellent for shopping, sight seeing, dining. Also there was great transport to get to Estoril & Cascais. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Lovely rooms & really clean & hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. Would definetly stay again. |

It is very conveniently located to visit the old town. The staff were friendly and spoke Spanish well. The shower was great because of the height and volume of water . The room was a little too small for our taste.There was a laptop computer which guests could use to check their mail but it did nor work too well. A regular computer one could use without having to ask for the laptop would have been nice. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us with our Portuguese that we are trying to learn! There is vey little hanging or draw space for clothes in the room |

New boutique hotel with very nice staff. Bufffet breakfast is excellent and of great quality and variery. Rooms are small but nice, quiet and confortable. A tray was missing to put my suitcase: putting it on the floor is low and not easy to reach, but very minor improvenment point! |

The service at the Hotel was excellent, no none-sense, there if you needed it but not in your face. Excellent use of space in the room, felt really polished and great bathroom. Good location 2 mins from main shopping street and 10 minute walk to Bario ALto for bars and restaurant. Parking is a bit convaluted you have to park in local multi-story and which although discounte dis not cheap. |

Location of hotel is great. All touristic areas are within reach. Breakfast buffet is great (both quality as choice). Beds are comfortable, lighting is very nice. Rooms are rather small. Stayed in the single rooms on top floor - they have partially low ceilings. Airco was not really adjustable, off and on was more like it. |

The hotel was beautifully designed and in a terrific location right in the Baixa district about a block from Praca do Comercio. As some other commenters have said, the rooms are small. Actually, it is more that they are narrow so two people can't pass in front of the bed at the same time. Luggage space is very limited as well. Since I knew this going in, it wasn't a surprise to me so I was fine with it. |

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the modern conveniences of the light options for reading or quiet relaxation within reach of the bed. I also liked having a mini bar in the room with cold refreshments available, air conditioning that worked and a clean modern bathroom. |
