Location - Metro, bus, tram within minutes. WiFi connectivity excellent, Room facilities well served for for our needs. All Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast - good choice and quality (not if you like a fry-up_
pillow - ask for two
friendly staff, nice rooms
Very good position, helpful and cheerful staff and ffirst rate breakfast.
The view from our window - a derelict building.
Staff is nice and location is ok
Very very small rooms. Dirty bed linen with wholes in them. No proper closet to hang clothes and jackets. It is not a 4* structure. It is barely a 3* b&b. For that price you should go somewhere else. Not recommended.
Cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were incredibly helpful and gave excellent recommendations for meals, excursions, and sites to see. They were always happy to assist and all the recommendations were spot on. Location was excellent. Easy to walk to many different historic sites as well as to catch transportation to other further away places. Great variety of great dining within a 5-10 minute walk. Room was always clean when we returned at the end of the day.
Proximity to bars, restaurants, waterfront , transport, shops. Very friendly staff at hotel, boutique style with all the extras you would want or expect.
Not having booked long enough a stay!!
The decor of the room and hotel was beautiful, fresh and innovative. A very large and comfortable bed. A good location, with local authentic restaurants very near, that we discovered for ourselves.
Other than a relatively warm welcome on arrival the staff were not warm or friendly. On the first evening we asked for advice for local places nearby to eat and were directed to another district - a long walk by foot - that was very touristy and unpleasant; to the point that it colored our view of Lisbon as first time visitors and we contemplated checking out a night early (we were only there for 2 nights!). I recommend that the staff find a smile and become familiar with the local places that we discovered the next evening within just a few hundred metres of the hotel front door. This would make for a much better experience. Sadly, whilst the decor was lovely, I don't feel compelled to recommend the hotel to others.
Location and staff
Not a lot of hot choice at breakfast (especially if you're vegetarian)
Great location Fantastic restaurant downstairs Extremely helpful staff
Rooms a bit small
Location, walk to the center of things Front desk staff very helpful, they printed our tour vouchers and gave good recommendations for Restaurants nearby
A/C set on 19 degrees but did not cool the room Small overly mirrored room, we barely had space for our suitcases Strange lighting buttons
The location is excellent as most attractions are a couple of minutes away . It was very quiet.
Room was ok but not really large. It was enough but for the price I would have expected something larger.
Location very near the big attractions of Lisbon, perfect for tourist trips. Good breakfast with a lot of choice. Modern room, big walk-in shower.
One minor thing, ventilation in the bathroom was not working very well.
reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Location is great, very central. 2 sinks in the bathroom, coffee machine in the room. very clean everywhere. Safe in the room.
199 euros for a small double room should have breakfast included in this Price, but it didn't. Room 308 was very dark, and the view we had looked into a derelict building. Walls were made of mirrors, towel rail in the bathroom was on the wall next to the ceiling! making it impossible for me to put the towel back on the rail. Bed linen was not a duvet but old style wool blanket.
Helpful staff on reception. Good breakfast Quiet Good location
Breakfast was good, but price a bit high by comparison with similar hotels, so not good value for money.
Good location. Excellent breakfast.
Location, style of the hotel, restaurant bar, the staff's attitude. But especially location - just behind Praca do Comercio, and under the castle hill.
Marta on reception who greeted us warmly and assisted in detail by explaining how to get places on local transport.
Nothing. Very enjoyable place to stay
The a/c was not strong enough for the hot summer days
centrally located, easy access to main attractions, 2 minutes walking distance to Plaça Da Comerçio. Good decoration with a good sleep quality. Special thanks to Scheila from front office, she gave us a good suggestions and tips about lisbon.
Beds. Two singles together. A little hard but very clean and provided a good nights sleep. Breakfast was quite good.
