外観を見たときは「え、これで4つ？」と思ったのですが、室内はとてもモダンできれいでした。天井も高く、広々とゆったりと過ごせました。 |

観光客がいっぱいの地域ではなく、静かで落ち着いて安全な場所で良かったです。かと言って決して不便ではないし、私はロシオ広場やフィゲイラ広場、又はリベルダーデ通りあたりよりこちらをお勧めします。リスボンの市電が周りをいっぱい通っています。コメルシオ広場で市電・地下鉄・バスが便利です。朝食の種類も多く、５泊しましたが満足です。 サイトの写真を見て気に入って決めました。抱いたイメージ通りでした。些細な事を言えば、シャワーのお湯がバスタブを伝わって床に落ちました。シャワーカーテンがあれば解決しますが、インテリアのイメージのためか付けないのでしょう。それならば構いません。洗濯物や雨に濡れたものを干したいとか、洗面のガラス裏にヒーターを付けて曇り止めにして欲しいとかありますが、ドライヤーは強力でした。 |

日本の現代的なビジネスホテル的だった お国柄でしかたないのかもしれないが、若干の飲料水を無料で提供して欲しい。部屋のミニバーの水は、市中の10倍くらい高かった。 |

少し狭めの部屋ですが、とても清潔で快適でした。聞いてみたらまだ開業３週間だそうです。観光にも便利で駅からも近く、良かったです。 |

We liked the good location of the hotel, right in the city center.We liked the very friendly and helpfull staff, the modern rooms and a lovely breakfast buffet. The room was a little bit small and had only one small wardrobe for clothes. |

In centre of town, clean, While staff were friendly and helpful they omitted to give good detail eg bought ticket for bus tour from hotel staff but they didn't tell us that we had to exchange the ticket before we got on the bus. Told us that we would be picked "up the road" but not at what spot or how we could identify bus stop etc etc |

The Vincci Baixa was newly renovated; attractively decorated; very clean; comfortable beds; great location within walking distance of busses, metro, trolleys, and the port. The staff was wonderful: professional, friendly, and very helpful....especially Marta and Catarina!. |

great location in baixa with all the shopping and located perfectly for viewing this amazing city, such a stylish and comfortable room, nice and helpful staff, close to metro where you can get on a nonstop train to the beach in cascais, free wireless for room |

staff where friendly and helpful - though they could have tried a bit more to address the problem below For a hotel of this price you must at least have an iron and board available for guests to use. They travel light an inevitably need one. I can understand not having them in each room from a cost point of view but not having a single one available for emergencies is ridiculous and a massive negative. |

Excellent location. Airport bus passes almost outside. Good access to beach train station. room was clean, well designed; but was a bit small with no view from window. Staff all spoke excellent english and were attentive. Would recommend only the view from room 108 |

Location, easy access and quality of accomodation. Staff were very friendly, helpful anf professional. Would have been nice to come to a hotel bar for a late night drink as there was not much open barwise in the immediate area. |

That it was extremely central and near all public transportation to go anywhere. The staff was genuinely interested, very helpful and in all ways excellent! Loved the small balcony on the streetside and sat there at least 30 minutes every day! The room was very small. It's okay, but very small. |

Very central - easy to walk to many key sites in Lisbon. Clean and very design forward - an air of glamour. Service was very good. The air conditioning in our room was terrible - but it was 35 degrees celsius outside. |
