Läget är mycket bra, gångavstånd till det mesta. Personalen är mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Bra frukost men se till att den ingår. Rummen är bekväma, snygga och har härligt badrum. Rummen är ganska små, men vi förväntade oss detta pga tidigare omdömen, dock inget vi störde oss på. Varmvattnet kan vid hög belastning (08-10) ljumna något, dock aldrig under behaglig dusch nivå, men för rakning vill jag ha det "hot". |

Personalen I receptionen var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. Ordnade bokningar på restaurang taxi mm. Fin design på rummen. Rummen var små och trånga, passar bättre för singel än dubbelrum. Läget var inte speciellt bra något avsides. |

I thought the design of the room was very space age meets retro 60's i loved the silver and white wall paper as well as the high ceilings and the chandelier in the corner. The mirrored bathroom set the mood for romance. I would have liked the hotel bar to be more happening. |

Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. Location is perfect to explore the city. Nice design of hotel-interior. Breakfast very good and well attended. Rooms are rather small size and wardrobe capacity limited (when you stay longer). |

Welcoming staff. Exceedingly helpful and efficient in all requests. Always smiling. Impeccable early-day room housekeeping. A pleasant, with-it, newer hotel building a strong reputation. Although pitched in a still regenerating part of town, it is also fortuitously located in the hub of all excellent transport (including pedestrian), good shopping, varied eating and cultural sightseeing. Appealed and chosen for reasons of: on-line appearance, high concensus of previously read reports, optimum accessibility to much of the best of what Lisbon can offer. If standards conscientiously sustained, would unquestionably recommend and stay again. Temp setting for hot water set too low centrally and not adjustable upward to guest preference. High street noise from medium to low volume traffic night and day prevented open-window choice for ventilation. Rooms designed/furnished with view to eye-appeal more than quintessential creature comfort. |

Our neighbour woke us early on Sunday (15th Nov) by crashing about - probably getting ready to leave. This would be understandable except they were making a lot of noise for around 30-40 minutes. Very inconsiderate. Not the hotel's fault, but it shows a failing in the sound proofing. |

Although rooms appear small they are ideal for the centre of Lisbon. Extremely clean and well laid out. Fantastically situated to allow you quick walking access to discover the City. |

I thought the location was excellent for shopping, sight seeing, dining. Also there was great transport to get to Estoril & Cascais. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Lovely rooms & really clean & hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. Would definetly stay again. |

It is very conveniently located to visit the old town. The staff were friendly and spoke Spanish well. The shower was great because of the height and volume of water . The room was a little too small for our taste.There was a laptop computer which guests could use to check their mail but it did nor work too well. A regular computer one could use without having to ask for the laptop would have been nice. |
