The relations price quality
Reception staff member probably a trainee had very poor customer service skills and made us feel uncomfortable rather than welcome.
The location is good and fair price if booked within promotion - otherwise overprized.
The hotel reception is inappropriate for a 5 star service - not at all standard for 5 star. The bathroom is very much design but unpractical : the bath is more an aquarium and takes very long to fill : actually too big for filling and therefor not ecologic and waste of water useage.
Located in Downtown lisbon. Easy airport access to and fro by Aerobus & to the city via metro/bus stops as both are located nearby. Campo pequino shopping mall located in 5mints walking distance from the hotel which is open untill 11pm! Lots of cafe shops located around the Hotel.
Stayed for 3 nights but Wifi never connected in the room!! Even after reporting this issue at the front desk on day 2 in the morning nothing happened...
location was great staff was even better.
the cost of the room fluctuated SO much and made it very annoying. the street out front was busy and sometimes loud (I left my window open).
As we are driving around portugal for two weeks was brilliant to have safe secure parking
In fairness we were too busy exploring to use the facilities.
Located in a nice and quite area, close to Bus and Metro Station. The staff at the reception were very professional, friendly and very helpful. Good value for money.
expensive prices for drinks
Location and price
The restaurant at the lobby is terrible with just one staff to manage the place and the service at the particular place is extremely pathetic.
Unfortunately I have nothing good to say.
It was a complete deception. There are no belt people, no one to help you with you luggage when you check in. Glass restroom door didn't close, bathtub is a whole with stone. Bedsheets are dirty and don't single size for a queen bed, so they use 2. They charge u full amount at check in, so u cannot just leave. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
The hotel was reasonably close to the city centre
The pool and furniture barre poor quality
At the spa I had a very good Vishnu shower and facial. The gym was also Nice.
I think the Hotel didn't qualify as a 5 star, the rooms were worn and breakfast only until 10 and not anything special. The pool is mostly in shade. Its an ok hotel.
Location beautiful hotel
Bad maintenance, breakfast with bad trained staff, not friendly, no control on who's coming in, and goes out, girls disappearing into kitchen. Maintenance of rooms very bad, fungus on baths, wooden floor scratches of cabinet doors that are not fixed. Bad and lack of controle of management!
This is no 5 stars hotel, sorry.
Good WIFI. Metro is a few meters away to the historical centre.
For every little thing you must pay. The cleaning ladies make noise in the early morning in the corridors. They always forget either soap bars, towels or douchegels when it comes to refresh the bathroom. They don't speak English. If you are not in the room they even don't vacumclean the room. No mini bar in the room. Just a small cooler with a couple of small water bottles. The bathroom is dirty. A build 'bathtub' where u can only stand or sit. The hairdresser was so old that any museum would pay amount of money to have it as a historical item. Breakfast is ridiculously expensive € 20. Luckily the hotel is surrounded with nice and cosy restaurants where you can have delicious meal.
very poor service. seems to have a lack of staff to take care of the Guests needs. Does not measure up as a 5 star hotel. More like a 3 star
Central near Metro and Bus
Price of Breaj fast and Alcohol
SPA charges for sauna and any minimum activity Swimming pool not available Information on Booking not complete, not transparent
The hotel was well located - close to most major activities in Lisbon. Staff were professional and internet connections were excellent.
The hotel is situeted close to the metro. Very simple to go to the city. The parking is available and is for free.
The breakfast is too expensive for Lisboa. We recommend to eat outside. The swimming pool was in maintenance some days, the area was closed.
Convenient location for trains & buses. Pleasant room, comfortable beds. Extremely helpful reception staff.
Room was large, with really comfortable bed and one of the best showers I have ever used. Staff were friendly and helpful. Gym was nice and bright (and quiet).
Pool was one of the main reasons I booked and was closed for maintenance for the duration which was a disappointment.
Excellent location, very helpful staff
1- 2 single matresses on a "double bed", provides a very poor sleep 2- lack of reliable internet
Location Bad WiFi expensive breakfast
Staff very helpful Good Pool Bathrooms were good
Smoking We requested a non smoking room but were put on a smoking floor. If smoking is allowed it should be restricted to a specific area.
