Luxury at a reasonable price. A designer, modern, sophisticated hotel. The hotel was very quiet when we were there. The breakfast was very good. Some distance from the centre, we did walk it once, but the metro station was very close to the hotel and only took a few minutes to get to the city centre. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The glass sided bath maybe too "zen", I prefer comfort! The outdoor swimmimg pool was in the shade when we arrived back to the hotel in the late afternoon. |

The hotel was exceptional - they could not do enough for us. They gave us a free upgrade as it was our anniversary. They even managed to find my ear-ring which was lost behind the bedhead. Would strongly recommend this hotel for a fabulous city break. Towels for the pool had to be collected and returned to the hotel reception, even though there was a spa reception area nearer the pool. |

Room was lovely, very restful. dodgy plug fitting in bath though. Funky fittings probably could do with a how to guide. I had a great meal in the restaurant, although others clearly didnt, as the place kind of fell apart efficiency wise. My wine and water were situated far from my table, so I had to rely on waiters to pour for me, something I detest. Stop this ponciness now. |

Nice and modern design of the hotel and rooms. Nice Spa. Very good price for the supplied services of this new hotel. Food at the resturant opposite the front desk was very poor. We had a duck which was overdone and terribly chewy, and a dish with a prawn (1pc) was hardly cooked (raw like sushi). Poor orange juice in the breakfast!Expensive parking at €20/day!! |

The friendliness of the Staff, the location of the Hotel and the comfort of the accomodation. A number of fittings in the bedroom need adjusting i.e. knobs on wardrobe and shower unit & hairdyer not working in it's own unit. |

Very close to the metro station, shopping centre. For a 5* hotel it is strange to not have slippers available! Who wants to sleep in a deeply darkness could have some troubles. |

I liked the design of the hotel, specially the extensive use of marbles, not surprising since it is in a marble rich country ( portugal). The lobby of the hotel design, looks like a movie watching arrangement. |

I really liked the outdoor pool, the cleanliness and the friendly staff. the hotel decoration is superb Staff at the hotel were fantastic but staff at the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful (consistently) |

Modern newly renovated hotel in a convenient location adjacent to Lisbon main shopping and sightseeing areas and offering good value for money on the website. Used the Hotel only for accommodation, did not utilise the restaurant facilities other than for breakfast, which was good. |

Comfortable and pretty hotel, liked the spa, close to transportation, safe area. Staff was very nice and prompt with service. Very poor internet service, a real problem when trying to get work done. Wasted hours trying to get service, and was frequently dropped. Also, side of shower was glass and this was cracked. Hotel was not near city center, however there was transportation nearby. |

the room was lovely. the location was 2 metro journey's from the centre. Advertised as having a spa, one would think elements of this would be included in the room cost, but just about everything was an extra and the changing room showers were ice cold. Even the pool was closed. The staff weren't equipped for tourist query's. While the room was lovely and comfortable there were a few small things broken or not... |

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was really good. The spa was not all it was cracked up to be. The pool was not available even though was told it would be. Spa was suppose to close at 10pm, but really closed at 930pm :( |
