Hotel is tamelijk cenrraal gelegen, op redelijke loopafstand van belangrijkste winkelstraten en niet te ver van wandelroutes en attracties in het historische centrum. Het kleine gebouw is sfeervol en rijkelijk versierd. Service is flexibel en vriendelijk. Mooie entree met statige trap blijft afgesloten, is blijkbaar alleen voor speciae gelegenheden. Ontbijt is beperkt tot standaard aanbod van matige kwaliteit. |

Excellent location, picturesque building, quiet room, friendly staff. I greatly appreciated the fact that when I called them at 8:00 PM to announce that we were stuck in Munich airport and could not make it that evening to Lisbon as plannned, they did not charge us for the room, although they were surely entitled to do so. |

Staff was very helpful. Delightful old building. Great location. First night's room on top floor with low slanted ceiling was cramped, hot and musty. Helpful staff changed us to a nice room on the second floor for the final two nights. |

I did not like the fact that we paid €108 for our room, and the rate table in the room stated that the maximum to pay at any time was €105 ! |

The taps in the bathroom are not marked which is hot and which is cold - this can be very confusing as the hot tap took a long time to heat up and so for a while I thought it was the cold tap!! |

The staff were very helpful, and I appreciated the requested drink of Port upon arriving. Although we planned to stay 9x nights we left after 5x nights. I found the bed too firm, the room too small and noisy. We relocated to a luxury hotel down the road. While this was more than twice the price, the level of comfort was at the right level. Perhaps my expectations were unrealistic for European prices! |

Quite comfortable room though with no view at all (single rooms on top floor with window overlooking directly on the hotel roof). Breakfast costs an extra 8.50 Euros (far cheaper in any pastelaria). Rude, arrogant and unkind staff except for the evening senior concierge/receptionist and the young porter/barman. |

Friendly staff, taxi stand outside (quite convenient for extremely early flight out); nice location. Very clean room. Fast internet at a competitive cost. Overall, suited my needs very well, at a very reasonable cost comparative to other available hotels in the area. Very small room, but clean and acceptable to me, and to be expected at such a reasonable price. |

La situacion del hotel o lo que sea, muy buena. No me ha gustado la habitacion, una buhardilla, baño asqueroso, pequeño, mal parido, con alfonbrilla de goma para la ducha(antihigienico).El armario era una alacena, te dabas con la cabeza en el techo, en fin, para olvidar, ruidoso. Moqueta deberian quitar. |

Su inmejorable situacion.A 5 minutos caminando de la baixa.Dispone de garage lo cual es muy importante pues puedes moverte caminando por el centro de Lisboa.A pesar de estar en Avd da Libertade este muy bien insonorizado.Mi habitacion daba al patio trasero,aparcamiento,con lo cual era muy sileciosa. |

L'hotel si trova in una bella posizione, vicino al centro di Lisbona, comodo per il metro e per dirigersi all'aeroporto con i mezzi pubblici. La camera è semplice e curata e lo staff molto gentile. |

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, zentrale Lage in einem schönen Stadtpalast aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, sauber, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Alles in allem: Optimal für einen Städtetrip - Gerade als Alleinreisende. Im Zimmer im Dachgeschoss war es sehr warm, da Dach wohl nur unzureichend isoliert und Klimaanlage nicht stark genug und sehr laut. Also: Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen! |
