The hotel was stylish modern ,very clean and comfortable .it is in a good area with designer shops and restaurants and the metro on the door steep...good value for money and an excellent base to explore the city.

This is a great place to stay if you arrive on a late flight as most taxi drivers know the area. The hotel staff was professional, speak English and are very polite. The room was perfect and quiet. Nice hotel for one night or a couple of nights. Transportation on the Meto nearby. Good typical breakfast.

A warm and hospitable staff greeted us upon arrival; their courtesy continued throughout our stay, providingknowledgable and precise tourist information and reservations. The morning restaurant lady was friendly and offered to adjust the already wonderful buffet selections to meet our interests. Our room was appointed with a simple motif, and was clean and comfortable. The proximity to public transportation was a added plus.

Our room (a single queen bed) was not what we had booked (double beds).Had we spoken upthough, the hotel would have made adjustments if other rooms were available.

Modern hotel, very comfortable room, in a central location. Internet worked fine in the room. Due to my work schedule, I didn't take advantage of the breakfast.

How can a hotel get 4 stars if it doesn't have a restaurant? I was very surprised to be forced to leave the hotel at night in search for a place to eat, I would never imagine this existed.

Rude member of staff on check in and on checking out same staff member had our copys of passport etc from the night before on a desk attached to another guests booking papers in view for all to see on pointing this out I was toldit is hotel policy to use paper twice!!!! A security issue !! we will not return here again.

It was my second time, was just as good as the first time. Close to the airport and the city, metro station really close. Modern room, free wifi, nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Location is a bit outside the old city center but still very central.

Excellent city center location and excellent accommodation. Nearby Metro, shopping center and mini-market.

I had room 109. There was small (about 1 mm) green insects in my bed which also pinched. That should not be in hotel with four stars. I will never visit this hotel again.

Ivo, on reception, actually came to meet us as we got a little lost, and he was so friendly and helpful. A real great ambassador for the hotel. Our double room was spacious, clean and very light, bright bathroom. Tasty buffet breakfast. We choose the hotel mainly for the location and will return as often as possible.

Just wish we could have stayed for more than one night - may be next time.

The bar was very tiny and the prices were expensive.

Price and location. Right on top of the metro. Comfort was excellent specially considering the price. Breakfast service was also very good.

Slight traffic noise from 2nd floor room.

Excellent rooms were good size and clean with nice modern bathrooms with two lifts for ease.Breakfast area is below ground with no natural light but choice of food hot and cold was fresh and a good selection staff were pleasent and attentive. hotel is around five mins from two tube stations and a large shopping centre next door. would stay again!

Location, close to metrostation and bus to and from the airport. Close to the old city center. Liked the interior design: the lobby, the room, the breakfast room. Nice breakfast. Free wifi.
