breakfast very basic staff not very friendly lifts extremely slow
The hotel was nice and clean.
In nights has heard the street noise, which did not let sleep very well.
Good facilities Great location Fantastic price
Wonderful stay. Well received by polite and extremely helpful staff. Perfect location.
The bedroom and the bathroom were very big. I would stay at the same hotel again.
Clean rooms and overall hotel.
No coffee/tea kettle or items in room.
- helpful staff - very clean room - quiet - very good location
- WiFi went down from time to time
Wifi was slow and didn't work sometimes No parking Hallways need more light
Soundproofed rooms. Clean. A 15-20 minute walk from the centre. If you get a room overlooking a side street, it's quite calm. Windows can be opened.
The sourroundings is not so interesting
Location is good - a few trade centres are nearby though it takes about 30 mins of walking to the center. Good comfortable bed with soft linen. Helpful staff.
Stairs to access the elevator Not a nice smell in the room Minibar empty (not even water) Breakfast very very basic and -1 level (no light) Room level no air conditioning
Staff late at night were good the room was perfect and a cafeclose by for coffee and custard tart was real good also
Nice hotel, clean, good facilities. A bit far from the city center, but easily accessible by two metro stations nearby.
No towel hooks in the bathroom. Plumbing needs fixing. Only one chair in a double room.
Good location, excellent room and staff
Everything was good!
We stayed here for 3 nights and found the hotel to be clean, modern and quiet. At €8.50 the small buffet breakfast is reasonably good value. Located only a few minutes walk from Saldanha airbus stop the hotel has easy access to and from the airport. A pleasant 20 minute walk takes you down Av Liberdade to the busy Restaurades district with all of it's restaurants and bars.
Comfort and value for money.
That I couldn't stay more in Lisbon. Loved the city.
for people who just want to sleep, nothing more in a hotel
wifi doasn't exist
Close to public transport and a great market (fish, meat, veg) + good familial restaurants nearby, good value for money
Very close to the Metro, the room was clean and the tub was super.
The airconditioner was great but, loud. Sleep was evasive as a result. The hotel was on a side-street which, when walking from the Metro and around a traffic circle, was difficult to locate. I thought I was getting a full sized bed but, I got two twins pushed together. THAT was very uncomfortable.
Location hotel good and clean room. Service is ok, won't take the extra mile for you but are able to provide you with service like reserving a taxi.
Service can be better. When asking for internet they couldn't give my the code through the phone, they wanted me to come down to reception. After hearing my dissapointment in that, they told me they would bring me the code, which at the end they never did and had to go down to reception anyways.
The location, close to a metro station but also at a walking distance from Avenida da Liberdade, Rossio (provided you like walking), very spacious room, very clean.
Hotel very close to metro and shopping mall
Curtains in the shower Very dark corridors No place where to hang the hand towel No ramp for taking the baggage up to the elevator Missing ventilation system in the toilet
Central location, very comfortable room, good breakfast, polite staff
Location was really good. Metro station was very close as well as airport bus stop. Area was nice, clean and quiet at night time, but it was not too far away from downtown. Room was big, new and nicely furnished.
Breakfast was good, but maybe little bit overpriced.
