Clean room, reasonable size and a nice bathroom.

I never understand how a hotel in a hot climate does not include a bottle of water with the room! It has a fridge, why not a bottle of water? But to be fair this is my only complaint......

Close to Metro station. Reasonable price comparing to facilities.

A receptionist girl attitude disappointed us very much. We found there was lack of towels in our room when we entered the room and then asked her to bring another towel, but she just told us it's impossible to do at that day. She neither apologized for that not suggested offer or something. Next day we noticed same mess in the room. It meant she didn't tell her colleagues to prepare towel correctly. Again we had to ask her to bring another towel. Finally we could get towel, but again she didn't apologize for that. There was problem with bed. Bed was moved easily as 2 single bed was just put together. Double bed shouldn't be separated easily. It was totally NG for couples. Everything was not worth of 4 stars one at all.

Good location, very close to metro. In general, it is a comfortable place at this reasonable price. For sure I will come back if I stay in Lisbon again.

Large, well designed room and bedroom. Can be made totally dark even in daytime.

Very quiet, possibly due to that, the airco was disturbingly noisy and could not be switched off. The table was misplaced due to which there was no room for the chair. (I moved it myself). Breakfast somewhat limited.

Friendly staff, good good service

The hotel is very clean. It's close to a tube station, very convenient to go sightseeing and to airport. Internet in my room worked pretty well. The staff was friendly and offered lots of help.

Only one thing is not good----the wall seems not sound-proof. I can hear the person next door using bathroom very clearly. A bit noisy.

Excellent Staff, room very clean! The metro station is very close to the hotel and it's a good place to visit the city.

Service was very friendly, responsive all the time. The hotel is in a new, business and shopping district of the city, in a quiet area during night, which is really good. The metro line is really close, and there are lots of fast food joints and restaurants to choose from.

It was simple, good value for money with polite staff, comfortable clean rooms. Relatively good location, well communicated, bus underground, airport bus. All you need for a weekend break

Front desk staff was very friendly, and helped us a lot! Thee were patient and always willing to assist.

No kettle in room.

By far it is the best 4* hotel I've ever been to giving the price/quality relation. The hotel is clean and looks quite recent, slightly above the average four star quality I've been to so far. The hotel can be easily reached (cheap and fast) from the airport (aerobus line 1, stop is saldahna (4th stop), costs 3.5 eur). It takes 30 minutes of fast walking to the old town (or 15 minutes subway). I didn't try the (buffet) breakfast. If you prefer a light "French" style breakfast than going to a local bar might be a better choice. For instance, in the bar in the front of the hotel (Delta Coffee) a good coffee (which is a standard in Portugal...) with croissant and freshly pressed orange juice costs 2eur! (In most parts of Europe the same set would cost at least 5eur...).

I thing there is no iron in the room (although I did not need it).
