好像有虫子在床上，住了2天被咬了好几个包，还以为过敏，离开就好了。

There are bugs on the bed.

The room and bathroom are very modern and clean. The location is good - on the Metro line and 4 stops from downtown. Across the street is a large, modern shopping mall. There was free wi-fi in the room.

This is hardly a 4-star hotel. It lacked many basic amenities, such as: coffee/tea maker, mini bar, business center (not a single computer available in the hotel. Lobby very barren. Front desk staff (3 girls) rather rude and very unhelpful. Hotel provided very little more than clean bed and a TV.

All is fine, clean and quite.

However, this not a normal **** hotel. No real double room, just a single room is being used as an ¨extended double¨ : one chair, one lamp, empty frigo.....

Walls are paper thin and noise from other room can be very annoying.

The hotel is renovated, very fresh and modern. The rooms are super clean, the beds and pillows very comfortable, but the most important is the people, the staff is perfect. Very polite always ready to help and a big smile. It is close to the metro station, a shopping center on the other side of the road, and a supermarket in 50 meters to buy everything in a good price. The breakfast with pasteis, fruits and a very pleasant place with nice colors. If I go back I would definitely stay there again

Staff was very helpful. The hotel has been refurbished recently so it's a great value for money for a 4* hotel. The location is superb, right in the city centre, a few steps from the Metro station.

great hotel and confort. Price really low for a 4stars hotel. it is a very clean, new hotel and i recomend it.

The Location was near three big cinema's, and we like movies. So that was great.

The temperature in the hotel was sauna-like, way too hot.

Service was very friendly, responsive all the time. The hotel is in a new, business and shopping district of the city, in a quiet area during night, which is really good. The metro line is really close, and there are lots of fast food joints and restaurants to choose from.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Hotel location is excellent, near metro and buses station. Hotel provides great value for money

Very clean and comfortable rooms, all newly refubished. Rooms are quiet. Good location close to business area and other good facilities.

Front desk staff was very friendly, and helped us a lot! Thee were patient and always willing to assist.

No kettle in room.

Wonderful friendly and very helpful staff. New, big and very clean rooms. I really can recommend it.

I only drink coffee in the morning and have no breakfast. They could not charge a single coffee at breakfast. It was somehow difficult; besides the coffee was very bad :-) But as you see, this is a very "high niveau- complaint" :-)
