Vip Executive Art's Hotel

Το σέρβις ήταν άψογο τόσο στη ρεσεψιόν όσο και στα δωμάτια από το προσωπικό καθαριότητας. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι ιδανική για τον τουρίστα που θέλει να κινηθεί και εκτός ιστορικού κέντρου για να δει τη μοντέρνα όψη της πόλης ή για μικρές αποδράσεις.

Αν και λέγεται Αrts hotel, οι πίνακες που στολίζουν το ξενοδοχείο είναι χαμηλής ποιότητας και χρησιμοποιούν ίδια αντίγραφα π.χ. σε κάθε όροφο στο διάδρομο απέναντι απ' τα ασανσέρ, με αποτέλεσμα να ξεγελιέται εύκολα κάποιος και να βγαίνει σε λάθος όροφο! Πιστεύω πως χρειάζεται γενικότερη ανανέωση στη διακόσμηση, ειδικά στα δωμάτια.

The view from 12 floor is fantastic. If you plan to stay at this hotel you showld ask for a room facing the river and placed at 10th up to 14 floor.The location is very good - near (5 min.) from one of the most stunning modern sights in Lisbon which is Oriente Station. It was built by master architect Santiago Calatrava with a roof of glass and steel made to look like a row of trees. From Oriente station you can take metro or train (soemtimes some links are necesary) to most of Lisbon attractions. Near Oriente station there is VAsco da GAma mall where you can go for shoping.

There were no additional services/facilities as pool, gym, sauna, etc. but this is not an inconvenient but rather something that is missing.

I liked the generously-sized rooms and the friendliness of the front desk staff. The location was also very convenient to the metro, which took you all over the city.

It is in a great location for access both to Lisbon, and the airport. It is modern and confortable. Parking is also good.

Great location near Oriente with easy access to public transit. Wonderful views of the Tagus River and Vasco da Gama bridge. In an interesting area of Lisbon.

Hotel is a little too business oriented for the average vacation traveller.

Yes the train passing every hour

The only positive thinks s that, I just stay one nigth,was one of the worst hotel that I saw in my life.No welcome at all, very basic room and room decor television not working (one hrs before someone come) one barman for 100 guests, anyway I will not choose yor hotel anymoreI reserved a non smooking room, well I get a tobacco stinky room, I ask to be changed, answer that no way because we are fully booked;thanks anyway

The porter was exceptionally helpful, we had many bags . The position of the hotel is good for the airport,city and expo

It was close to the airport (10 minutes) and comfortable. It suited our needs for the night.

The reception staff were busy answering phones and gave us stap dash instructions on where to go and eat out for dinner and a hand written note of a restaurant which I couldn't read. We consequently got lost and had to return to the hotel to ask again. The second reception person we asked was more specific and more helpful. This information should be at their fingertips!

the fridge was broken or not working .. and they didnt fix it 2 days that i was staying there

Handy location to the airport - good parking available below hotel (additional cost to room). Rooms were good size and clean. 10 min walk to Orient Metro into town, plus location was right across from waterfront / expo area. Free internet PC available, helpful staff. Didnt try breakfasts.
