Well located in the Parque das Nações area, very close to the airport and to the Vasco de Gama bridge. Nice, modern hotel with easy to access and inexpensive parking. They were understaffed at reception, leading to a long wait at check-in. |

The proximity to the train station (Estaçao do Oriente) and the design. The room was very filthy, there were toenails lying on the floor. When I complained about it, they send a cleaning lady who vaccumed the floor, the toenails were gone but there was still a lot of dust and the room we stayed in definitily needed some refurbishment. There were stains on the wall, the bathroom tub and sink had black scratches. When arriving at the hotel we left our luggage in the storage room of the hotel and after checking in, they told us they would bring them immedately to our room. We waited like half an hour for it. But besides all those negative points, the staff was very friendly and appologized for all the inconveniences. |

excellent location, in close proximity of the ocenarium, located in a modern expo district, with a marvellous view over the river the staff at the reception was unspeakably slow, and with poor grasp of english |

It was an awful experience staying at this Hotel, I did not have a good rest. A 2 star hotel or a "Residencial" may have better service and quality than this hotel. The hotel was dirty and the room condition was very poor. I think the hotel does not have the standard to have 4 star. Staff do need training. |

Room facilities was pretty good, especially pillows - I fell down to sleep in a second. Breakfast was enormously rich. And for my late arrival the location is quite suitable - close to Oriente station and airport. |

Very conveniently situated and close to the airport.. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again, if I visited Lisbon. There was only one computer available for hotel guests and it was frequently occupied. a hotel of this size should have more Internet access available. |

Quick check-in. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the view is great. The hotel is 5 minutes away from a large shopping center and within walking distance of the train station. A great choice if you need to be close to the airport. Breakfast not included in the room charge. No carpet on the floor. |
