We chose this hotel because it is close to the airport and we had a morning flight the next day. The location was very good. Staff were also very friendly and helpful, and the room was adequate. One thing that we had not thought about when booking in this location is noise from the trains. It seemed to get quiet overnight, though. The hotel charges for internet access, which I would not expect in a **** hotel. There was a strong, unpleasant smell in the bathroom -- probably related to plumbing. The hotel room and fixtures are starting to show their age -- the tiles in the bathroom need regrouting, there were no light bulbs in the bedside reading lights, these sorts of things.

Chose this hotel for its price and location. It is very close to all types of transits which made getting around the city easy. The hotel is well decorated and clean and the staff are very helpful. We were not disappointed, overall our stay was excellent. Breakfast at the hotel was quite expensive and we had difficulties with the wireless internet, otherwise no complaints.

It's in a great area, a 15 minute walk from shopping, casino and all transportation in Lisbon, not to mention that it's next to the river Tejo, with all kinds of restaurants and coffe places. Breakfast is good. Have to pay for Internet acess, and pay 6 euros per day for parking

It is in the heart of the former Expo 98 site, which is all modern, has a stunning view of the revier Tejo and train station, well located for the airport and the rest of the city, Vasco de Gama shopping centre and metro line. There was no normal tv access in the room, you had to pay to watch everything, that seemed really odd to me. Worst of all is the internet, it was all paid, there is literally one computer that has free internet for the whole hotel. Fortunately we didn't need it, but nowadays, not have free wifi in the lobby (frankly throughout the hotel) is pretty poor in my book. So if you need the internet, this might not be the most cost effective place.

The facility location is excellent for the Oriente Train stating and central bus in Lisbon. Shopping is also near by within walking distance. It is located in the financial district so restaurants were not abundant after hours. The room was clean and comfortable although you could hear the trains behind with the window open. The facility is big, open and a bit 'cold' on entering, however staff were pleasant and helpful. This was good value for the $$.

The Hotel was perfectly located for us, as we went to Lisbon to see Britney Spears at the Atlantico Pavilion. The staff were particular friendly and I would like to say a special thanks to the house keeper and receptionist who made sure my daughters teddy bear (which she has had since birth) that was left in the room was returned to us after we left the Hotel. Perfect Hotel for us and we will be returning. Thank you!

Excellent hotel close to Oriente railway station. Helpful staff, excellent rooms and good buffet breakfast. If travelling by car, make sure that you contact the hotel for directions (the hotel is on a dual carriageway and you need to pick the correct turning)

Friendly and helpful personnel. Room moderate in condition, and in size. Very closed to train and metro station and shopping centre, as well to Park of Nations. Hygiene was moderate. The tv equipment old. The window was very dangerous for small children as they could easily fall down

It is the second time I stay at this hotel and I enjoyed both stays. The staff is nice and professional. The room is clean, spaceous and quite. No noise from the other rooms nor from from the exterior (even though we were on the 13th floor). The views over the river are very beautiful. One thing I really appreciated was the carpet on the room's aisle which makes it soundless.

A friend and I stayed at the Vip Executive Art's Hotel because we were in Lisbon for a concert at the Pavilhao Atlantico. The location was perfect just a short 8 minute walk to the concert hall and the same distance to the subway if you want to go downtown. We had a nice stay. Would prefer wifi to cable connection but it wasn't too much of a hassel.

The hotel was in a good location for us as we went to see a live show in Pavilhao Atlantico. We felt the room we were in needed a little maintenance work - wallpaper peeling off the wall. However, the room was very comfortable. The Receptionist who checked us in was very helpful - our room was not ready so she changed us to a room that was already prepared. Apart from that we cannot comment any more as we only used the hotel for sleeping as it was only a one night stay.

Staff tried to make out they were giving us a better room because we were staying 4 nights. In fact all other floors apart from ours and the top floor had floor to ceiling window where ours had a small window that was so dirty you could hardly see out of it. When asked to be relocated shown 2 other rooms but these were smoking room ans smelled strongly of smoke. Would not recommend for a leisure city break not because of distance to centre but because restaurants, although plentiful opened and closed on a whim.

Great location for the Atlantico Pavilhão Room was not great but good value for the rate we paid. If we had been staying any longer or had paid more I would not have accepted this room. Clearer signage for the carpark would have made check in a lot easier.
