The bathroom was nice and the view was spectacular from the 13th floor.

The wifi was poor. The hotel could use some refurbishment.

The location was excellent; out of the city center and just a short walk to the subway station (which was clean, safe and very easy to use). The morning breakfast buffet was impressive.

It's a good one-night stop-over hotel. It is modern with hundreds of rooms, the main advantage is that it's really close to the airport. I've been using it many times travelling early in the morning and arriving late at night. Clean spacious rooms, parking and good bathrooms, what else do you need after a long flight? Great value for money and the shopping centre is in 5 min walk.

Make sure that your room is not facing the railway it's VERY loud! The breakfast definitely needs 'renovation'!!! It's better to go to the nearest cafe.

Good modern hotel in the east area of Lisbon. Close to the airport with the metro or a taxi. Good breakfast.

The hotel is close to the rails, we can clearly hear the trains pass during the night. The bathroom was clean but some parts were damaged. Walking to the Oriente station with the luggages on the paved sidewalk is not very pleasant. Only LAN internet available in the rooms.

The staff were amazing.They couldn't have been more helpful.We had trouble locating where we had to return our hire car to and one of the young employees who spoke very good English was so kind and eventually he solved our problem

You can't sleep while trains are still passing. The hotel is next to the train station, and while it is still time for trains to pass, you can't sleep. If you want to minimize this, ask for a bedroom to the front of the hotel

Great location, close to Parque das Nações and Estação Oriente and with easy connections to anywhere in Lisbon. Wide, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast.

No wifi in the rooms, and the wind was howling real loudly in the screens outside my window on 13th floor.

I have stayed already 4 times in this hotel before. Its a good right in the heart of the old Expo site. With a taxi for about 6 euro you can be in the old town if you want. Breakfast in the room was a very poor choice sorry to say - just bread, jam and fruit. And very bad coffee. Nothing more. I had booked a special romantic deal, and to receive some bubbly wine and fruit upon arrival in the room was nice. We even got the free upgrade to a suite...But the suite was nothing special....

That we had to pay for our car parking in the hotels car park. I argue about this every time.

Do not book in this hotel if you sleep from 8am to 11am. Cleaning Staff starts @ 8am talking loud, vacuuming rooms and dragging furniture and you won't sleep.

The room and facilities were very comfortable and well equipped.

More attention could have been taken to whether lights worked in the room - 3 or 4 were not working.

Good location for Pavilio Atlantico and Vasco da Gama shopping centre. Shower was excellent.

The bed was like rock and the pillows weren't much better. If it's a good nights sleep you're after, forget it.

We could check in after midnight. It was quite basic, but everything was okay. It's a perfect location for the airport. I appreciated having a wired internet connection so I could do some work.

Upon arrival, the hotel didn't have a double bed even though it was requested. However, after complaining, they managed to find one. The fixtures were worn, the bedspread had a large hole, and the curtains were very stained.

This hotel is not a 4-star hotel anymore. 2 of 3 lifts was out of order. Fat-screen tv. Dirty bathroom a lot of noise from the railway behind the hotel.

The usual disorganization of the room service! But at the end, everithing was solved according the client needs.

The price was good.

Absolutely worst hotel of my life. The staffs are not friendly, When they are talking to you, you feel like you are talking to your boss. I asked for a pair of slippers, as the floor of the room and bathroom was very slippy, to my surprise there was not any. The keys was not working, I had to go down to the reception and change it every day. The worst still, only one lift was working so I had to wait a long time. Tv remote was also not working and I had to call them twice. Aha, there is no mirror in front of the table, so you have to make up sitting on the edge of the bed. They have put a huge mirror beside the bed without much benefit. To cut a long story short, it was terrible stay compared to any four star hotel. I would put it as a good two star.

Service was slow and sometimes unpolite, tv set worked bad, no wifi in the bedrooms and cable connection haven't worked. Hotel is needing a fresh up.
