La vicinanza all'aeroporto;d'altronde,era stato il motivo della scelta. In stanza mancava una lampadina,la finestra non si apriva,il frigobar non funzionava e non si è potuto avere se non acqua orribilmente tiepida,la pulizia era dubbia;infine,non funzionava la chiusura della porta dall'interno.Tutto ciò in un albergo con l'aspetto tutto sommato poco rassicurante, con le porte delle stanze strisciate,le luci degli ascensori rotte.Pretenzioso,ma pessimo nel complesso. |

The hotel was very modern, clean, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was better than most in Lisbon since it included delicious cinnamon crepes! You have to pay to use the internet in your room and even in the lobby. |

I enjoyed every aspect of my stay in the hotel. Staff and facilities were excellent. The location was ideal and accessible to Lisbon's fine infrastructure. |

location was excellent, decor very nice and it was excellent value for money For a modern hotel the TV system was very old and the TV picture quality was poor |

Large room, good location. Staff fixed a broken bedside lamp very quickly. Asked for a double bed but they only had a twin available. Even though the room was not overlooking the railway line the noise of the trains is still very audible. Air conditioning loud and does not work very well. A bit of a boring business hotel. |

Modern, large, efficient hotel right where I needed to be having a room at the back and trying to keep the window open revealed a lot of noise from the train tracks behind the hotel. However with the windows closed the noise was very well isolated and I could no longer hear the trains |

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff were well versed in English. The shop was small, but had a great choice of the things tourists would like to see. I had two light bulbs burn out, so I took off the cover and unscrewed the bulbs in order to make it obvious to the maids that they were. They were not changed. |

The good hotel location and a pleasant decoration. A large and very comfortable room with a large window with a view to the river. The reduced number of hotels in the area make the prices relatively high, concurrency is needed! I expected some amenities at the room and a better buffet breakfast. |

its location is quite central There are no bathrobes or bath slippers in the rooms. Internet access from the room was impossible and there is only one PC in the business center with people queuing to use. Breakfast was not the best in terms of quality and choice. |
