Arrived late&tired-reception was great & helpfull. Room, all one can expect for Euro90 but small. Good breakfast to start the day. Not central to the best city sights though; Close to the new part of the city & waterfront with the huge shopping mall. Fine for business but not the best location for a 4 day Lisbon stay as a tourist. room very small but OK for one night |

The view from 12 floor is fantastic. If you plan to stay at this hotel you showld ask for a room facing the river and placed at 10th up to 14 floor.The location is very good - near (5 min.) from one of the most stunning modern sights in Lisbon which is Oriente Station. It was built by master architect Santiago Calatrava with a roof of glass and steel made to look like a row of trees. From Oriente station you can take metro or train (soemtimes some links are necesary) to most of Lisbon attractions. Near Oriente station there is VAsco da GAma mall where you can go for shoping. There were no additional services/facilities as pool, gym, sauna, etc. but this is not an inconvenient but rather something that is missing. |

Convenient to ground and air transportation. Also convenient to major shopping and other resources. Inconsistent TV service. Lots of interference. Parking was expensive considering the room costs. |

I liked the generously-sized rooms and the friendliness of the front desk staff. The location was also very convenient to the metro, which took you all over the city. |

The room felt very upmarket and arty, while keeping comfortable. Service was very slow, and was asked to go to reception to pay a deposit to use the ironing board before they would bring it to the room! |

It is in a great location for access both to Lisbon, and the airport. It is modern and confortable. Parking is also good. |

Staff very helpful . One staff member a male helped me with booking my airline on line check in and then he transferred me to reception for boarding passes. Food was excellent and waiter was 100% attentitive and polite. |

Great location near Oriente with easy access to public transit. Wonderful views of the Tagus River and Vasco da Gama bridge. In an interesting area of Lisbon. Hotel is a little too business oriented for the average vacation traveller. |

The view from the room (13th Floor) They where very rigid with the breakfast time, 2 minuts before 10h00 they where allready closing the restaurant's doors. |

Yes the train passing every hour The only positive thinks s that, I just stay one nigth,was one of the worst hotel that I saw in my life.No welcome at all, very basic room and room decor television not working (one hrs before someone come) one barman for 100 guests, anyway I will not choose yor hotel anymoreI reserved a non smooking room, well I get a tobacco stinky room, I ask to be changed, answer that no way because we are fully booked;thanks anyway |

I would of liked to have a queen size bed for the two of us. Both times we have stayed at the hotel we have been given a room with two twin beds. |

Nice room, food is very good. Stuff is correct. Maybe they should be some more faster at reception, but they are very polite and affable. |

It was close to the airport (10 minutes) and comfortable. It suited our needs for the night. The reception staff were busy answering phones and gave us stap dash instructions on where to go and eat out for dinner and a hand written note of a restaurant which I couldn't read. We consequently got lost and had to return to the hotel to ask again. The second reception person we asked was more specific and more helpful. This information should be at their fingertips! |

the design and all the environment ... very easy the access for all the people... very good hotel the fridge was broken or not working .. and they didnt fix it 2 days that i was staying there |

The room was a decent size, the hotel is close to a train station/buses and a shopping mall. It's an ok place to stay for the price. But just ok. Ditto breakfast. Nice that it was included. It'a a bit far from town, but close to the airport. Do not pay more than 5Euros for a taxi, I got robbed my driver charged me 3 x the fare, hid the meter from view! The hotel seemed a bit dated |

Handy location to the airport - good parking available below hotel (additional cost to room). Rooms were good size and clean. 10 min walk to Orient Metro into town, plus location was right across from waterfront / expo area. Free internet PC available, helpful staff. Didnt try breakfasts. |
