Att båda extrasängarna ingick I priset. Jag har för tillfället mailat hotellet ang. Att klimatanläggningen inte fungerade och att vi inte kunde sova på natten av värmen och att luften stod helt stilla. Vi är mycket besvikna på att vi varken fick byta rum eller fick avdrag på priset. Vi har sovit på hotellet två år I rad, och kommer inte att använda detta "4-stjärniga" hotell igen. Usch! |

We looked around Lisbon during the daytime and went to see Kylie Minogue at the atlantic pavillion at night. The room was clean and quite comfortable, however there was a large concrete beam slanting across the window from 1 corner to the other which was quite oppressive. This was part of the structure of the hotel!! Otherwise the everything ok. Breakfast very good. |

Nice hotel.beautiful view to the Expo city and to the river. Nice and wide rooms. Wide bathroom. Good breakfast. For the business people, it is very annoying, that you have to pay a quite high price for use of the internet every time you want to use in room! Just add a couple € to the rooms price and allow use i-net unlimited! |

The hotel was very modern, clean, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was better than most in Lisbon since it included delicious cinnamon crepes! You have to pay to use the internet in your room and even in the lobby. |

I enjoyed every aspect of my stay in the hotel. Staff and facilities were excellent. The location was ideal and accessible to Lisbon's fine infrastructure. |

Large room, good location. Staff fixed a broken bedside lamp very quickly. Asked for a double bed but they only had a twin available. Even though the room was not overlooking the railway line the noise of the trains is still very audible. Air conditioning loud and does not work very well. A bit of a boring business hotel. |

Modern, large, efficient hotel right where I needed to be having a room at the back and trying to keep the window open revealed a lot of noise from the train tracks behind the hotel. However with the windows closed the noise was very well isolated and I could no longer hear the trains |
