Att båda extrasängarna ingick I priset. Jag har för tillfället mailat hotellet ang. Att klimatanläggningen inte fungerade och att vi inte kunde sova på natten av värmen och att luften stod helt stilla. Vi är mycket besvikna på att vi varken fick byta rum eller fick avdrag på priset. Vi har sovit på hotellet två år I rad, och kommer inte att använda detta "4-stjärniga" hotell igen. Usch! |

Great experience,clean, confortable,very polite staff,good location and outstanding view . Regular American coffe should be added to buffet,not every one likes expresso ( Bica). |

Central location, air conditioned rooms, large modern and clean bathroom, 24 hour reception, quick check-ins and check-outs, modern design, large windows in each room, large rooms, abundant open space in the rooms. Easy access to taxis, proximity to the airport, close to all amenities including restaurants - the Oriente station (metro, intercity buses and trains) - shopping malls, etc. The air conditioning wasn't working well at first, but it was repaired within minutes. |

friendly staff with babies having to leave a deposit for any item used. Iron, computer cables. It was not enough that they have my credit card number. I stay here every month and have never stole anything but felt alittle untrusted. |
