Vitor's Plaza    

The staff was really nice and friendly!

Facilities in the rooms, selection of TV, location, gardens, bar and pools, security.

Corridor felt un-nerving, door to room C007 suggested an attempted break in in the past our daughter was uneasy sleeping there.

The Vitor's Plaza is a home from home in the sun. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Cleanliness of the whole place is excellent.

I thought charging for a mattress for your sun bed was a bit much.

We loved Vitor's Plaza because it felt so safe and staff were so friendly and helpful. It was also very clean and safe for the children. Lovely pool with great apartments which were constantly being cleaned by staff. We wanted for nothing and would go back again.

The only negative about Vitors being that it is somewhat isolated, everything is a taxi, the beach and the restaurants in Alvor, but taxis were cheap.

Staff in Vitor's Plaza was excellent, very friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and the room /cleaning service could not have been better! The pool was fantastic,Spacious and clean, also there were lots of opportunities for activities even for older children , the staff looking after the activities were absolutely superb.

Prizes in the snack bar beside the pool were exorbitant...especially for cold drinks and ice creams ( 2.25 euro for a can of coke), it was cheaper to buy alcoholic drinks than soft drinks which isn't an option for children.

Very clean hotel. Entertainment staff were really good with the children & adults and kept us amused all day. We really enjoyed mixing with the Portuguese people who were also on holiday there

Beds very uncomfortable & sunbeds didnt like the charge of €2 per day for cushions. Wifi charge of €5 per day was very high considering wifi is readily available free of charge at most places. Hotel location was a bit far out so we had o get taxi into Alvor each evening

Very good well run hotal, Staff are friendly and efficient. Hotel entertainment staff are excellent.

Return visit - say no more. I know it's hard to compare not having stayed anywhere else in the region, but you can't fault it. Air- conditioned rooms and, if you can consider this a bonus...the complete lack of flies and mosquito'S. We did have two unexpected visitors to the room - praying mantises...but this was a cause for excitement, not fear. Highly recommended. The staff will call taxis for you and even make local calls if you want to book trips, or check flights and transfers etc. Extremely clean and tidy resort 15mins walk to the beach and 20 mins to town.

The rooms were clean and adequet, very good facilities. The rooms were nice and big. It was a bonus to have air conditioning.

It was very family friendly and had a lovely relaxed feel.

Lovely clean complex of apartments, friendly staff - all very helpful too. Pool area well kept.

The shop didn't have a whole lot food wise. The location was a little too far from nearest village, would definitely need to have a car. The on site restaurant was poor.

Nice rooms quiet location

Rooms need updating have stayed there over 5 years ago and same interior still. Walking to Alvor can be dangerous as a stretch of road has no pavement. Hotel seems to cater more for the all inclusive guests if you are self catering the rooms only have a microwave and 2 electric hot plates.

Do apartamento (espaço e vistas), da localização, do restaurante, do ambiente tranquilo, do aspecto bem cuidado.

O parque infantil poderia estar melhor equipado.

Funcionários recepcao simpáticos.bom ambiente. calmo, familiar, otima localizaÇÃO. ja estive tambem em pleno verÃO E gostei muito!!!

Poco ocio no tiene canales de television (solo portugueses) television muy pequeña (año mariano) Utensilios de cocina y la cocina muy mal. Dejamos el hotel al segundo dia y fue poca la atencion.

Da disponibilidade de todo o pessoal bem como da sua simpatia.

LOs espacios son muy amplios, la atención es muy buena.

Que la wifi sea de pago y que encima sólo sea para el hall.
