Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time in this ex-monastery. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff very sweet and helpful. Dinner was excellent as well, don't forget to try the pasteis in the morning. |

a beautiful hotel in the city of Lisbon, with a beautiful courtyard that blocked out all city noise. I felt the restaurant was not of the same calibur as the hotel. |

Das Hotel ist schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das trifft auch auf das Restaurant zu. Der grüne Innenhof ist wie eine Oase in der Stadt. Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig, Bus und Straßenbahn halten vor der Tür und auch zu Fuß ist es nicht weit in die Innenstadt. Die drei Diskotheken in der Nachbarschaft bringen - zumindest am Wochenende - viel nächtlichen Lärm, vor allem, wenn man in einem Zimmer zur Straße hin übernachtet... |

Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und überdurchschnittlich groß. Wenn man Zeit in dem Hotel verbringt, ist der kleine Garten/Hof sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer lag zur Straße hin. Trotz gut schließender Fenster konnte man nachts den Straßenverkehr hören. |

Die (gleichwohl stilvolle) Ungezwungenheit beim Kommen und Gehen sowie bei den Mahlzeiten. Die stets freundliche Begrüßung, die Hilfsbereitschaft (Gepäck, Auskünfte zu Stadtgängen, anlässlich des vorübergehend defekten wlan usw.) bitte bei der auswertung dieses bogens beachten. Unten links steht lediglich mein vorname angegeben; eine Korrektur meinerseits ist im System nicht möglich1 Die uns zugewiesene und so wunderschön ausgestattete 303 verdiente unseres Erachtens eine etwas bessere (= hellere) Ausleuchtung, solange man nicht ausdrücklich "schummerig" entspannen möchte. Zum Lesen reichten uns zwar die Tisch- und Standleuchten aus; doch gäbe es auch dafür noch bessere Lösungen. |

A estadia foi breve e não incluiu o serviço de restaurante, excepto o pequeno almoço. Deixou-nos, todavia, uma agradável impressão. Embora no nosso caso o facto não tenha tido qualquer inconveniente, deveria ser assinalado o acesso por escada longa, certamente incómoda- ou mesmo impraticável - para algumas pessoas. Imagina-se que, por outro lado, com chuva o percurso não seja agradável. Em qualquer caso (ressalvo nesta crítica a eventualidade de existir ascensor de que nos não apercebemos - esta particulairidade deveria ser mencionada no sítio electrónico de reserva. Achámos a relação qualidade/preço do pequeno almoço pouco satisfatória. Este foi tomado ao ar livre num espaço simpático mas, infelizmente, muito concorrido por moscas particularmente irritantes. |

Das Gebäude ansich, die Einrichtung, insbesondere der Zimmer, gute Betten, gute sanitäre Anlagen, es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, der schöne Innenhof, in welchem man sehr gut Essen konnte, die gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehsmittel, kompetente Mitarbeiter, welche alle recht gut englisch sprachen. Die Azubis wirkten sehr sehr unsicher, man hatte nicht den Eindruck, dass sie vernünftig und gut eingewiesen waren. |

Vi tycker att personalen var jätte bra, hjälpsamma och proffsiga, restaurangen var bra, lite dyrt kanske. Fantastisk miljö!!! Lyxiga dusch och hud produkter. Det dåliga med hotellet va priset för frukosten som var 15 EUR, det man fick för pengarna var inte mycket, hade räknat med mer! Rummet saknade strykbräda och strykjärn, helkropps spegel, informations häftet var på portugisiska. Varje gång man hade duschat hade man en stor vattenpöl på golvet utanför för att det var dåligt tätat. Hotellets helhet var ojämn, dyr restaurang, dyr frukost, hotellet hade inte de faciliteterna som man förväntar sig av ett 4* hotell. Betalar gärna dom priserna om jag får vad som förväntas för de pengarna. |

El pati ajardinat per esmorzar. 1- No hi ha ascensor i crec que s'ha d'indicar. (hi han mes de 70 esglaons, gent gran, maletes, etc.). 2- Hi havien estris de neteja i tovalloles per tot arreu (passadissos, distribuidors, etc) 3- El preu de l'esmorzar una mica car`. |

O pátio. As casas de banho. Os quartos, apesar de não serem maus - são até bastante espaçosos - não correspondiam, em nada, às fotografias presentes no site. Têm um design completamente diferente e muito longe do look contemporâneo sugerido. Além disso têm péssima insonorização. A partir das 9 da manhã contem ouvir, não só, o aspirador da senhora da limpeza, como portas a bater, malas a arrastar.... |
