Excellent breakfast, proximity to Metro and bus, very quiet, excellent value for money.Free wifi (which is not usual nowadays). Highly recommended for city tourism or business.

All three of us absolutely loved the Zenit--so far our favorite hotel in Lisbon. We love the adaptive reuse of an older building and the remodeling is beautifully done. The restaurant is a hidden treasure. We were sorry to see that, in a country of great coffee, they used bulk- made instant coffee at breakfast!

I chose this hotel as a good, mid-priced hotel that was well located for a week long, city exploration of Lisbon. It proved to be just that - it was easy to get around the city to any location from this hotel - I explored Lisbon's wonderful subways, and the Saldanha station is about a block away, making access to anywhere in the city fast, easy and, surprisingly, a lot of fun.

free wifi, quite good breakfast, good location, helpful personnel Bathroom was nice with facilities, but it had a bad smell. The room decoration (wooden floor, wooden parts) was a bit dark and "heavy", a more modern and fresh approach would be better.

Very comfortable room with a renovated bathroom and very confortable bed. Although some distance from the city centre (10-20min walk) it is perfectly located at a side street with little traffic and limitted noise but still very close to the airport bus and Saldhana metro station. We did not take the breakfast option in the hotel, but there was not a problem as around there are so many pastelerias with great pastries, coffiee and 'zumos" that you will not regret it. Good value for the price.

The air conditioning worked very well. The rooms were tastefully decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Loved the door separating the bedroom from the bathroom and corridor. Very nice hotel. Would definitely come back. Parking on the streets wasn't difficult to find although the hotel offers a parking garage as well. The area appears to be safe and is close to all the attractions.

The hotel was good value for money; the room and bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a very good choice. It was a bit disappointing that an extra bed could not be made available for our child. Also the car parking facility was poor, as it was very cramped trying to get in and out of the car lift. I would not recommend the car parking at all!!

It's a lovely hotel situated in a nice area close to shops and the Eduardo VII park and well communicated with the old city centre. The personal in the hotel are helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable during our stay there . The food at the hotel restaurant is excellent and not expensive at all. If I visited Lisbon again I would go to this hotel again. The overall quality and comfort is very very good. Nice ! :)

The newness and comfort of the room and bathroom are a delight. The breakfast is abundant but also very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location for me was ideal as I was at the university daily for a conference and yet wanted to be able to reach the old part of town easily too. And it's quiet! Slept beautifully!

Zenit Lisboa is located halfway between downtown and the airport, which makes it a good spot for reaching both. It is about a 35-minute walk from downtown but the walk is pleasant and subways are close by. The hotel is very new-looking and decorated in a way that would appeal to businesspeople - dark wood and striped wallpaper - but we found it very calm and relaxing. There was always a lot of help at the reception and their advice was excellent. A little hard ti find when coming from the subway.

First we liked the fact it was situated on the corner of the street, then we were surprised by the excelent staff, very nice people you have there. Later we discovered it was a very good location, near the metro an many other facilities (pastelarias on the avenida or the streets around the hotel). Internet was working very well. room cleaning was very low profile, we wasnt disturbed by them or by the work they made. that was very good. We didnt like that we asked for a smokers room but we didnt get one as we arived. Altough, we got the room one day later, so it was absolutly ok with us. Another isue was that the sheets were not best clean when we arived, but when we asked to change them it was no problem
