The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The front desk staff (Maria João and Carlos) were both very helpful. Thank you! Loved the design of the rooms and overall comfort. Wake up calls were great too! Totally recommend it!
I was expecting a kettle and there was none.
Good room, comfy bed, good breakfast excellent and helpfull staff
Bar area and menu a bit limited
We arrived from the airport so journey time was short. Nice hotel, unfortunately our room was to the rear so no view. Nice clean small room. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable.
Tried to get a drink on arrival but was told bar was shut. After our long journey it would have been nice to have been offered a night cap. We only wanted the one drink.
IT was a very clean and comfortable room.
A great hotel...one of the best in the area.
staff food cleanliness
location was a little far from center
Could not get a drink in bar on Saturday evening at 11pm told it was closed even though we were staying there.we were too tired to go far after dinner so thought we would have a drink in the hotel to give them some business as fairly dead.
Easy access from the airport with either bus or metro (red line), and also into town - only change stop once. Direct access to EXPO area and shopping facilities. Good breakfast.
The bedlinen had holes so would have been nice if they were changed.
Hotel is in a good location as it is very near the metro, and bus service. We bought a Lisbon 3day travel card and it was certainly worth the money as it allows you to travel on bus, tram and metro. This area can be busy during weekdays, but was quiet during the weekend. Breakfast was also good - offering a choice of hot and cold.
Price was quite expensive- although we managed to find three double rooms the rates varied although all seemed to be the same size. No tea and coffee facilities.
Spacious suites, large walk-out balcony area (although apparently only on some floors), free continental breakfast is one of best I have ever had at a hotel.
Elevators are very small making it hard to get in and out when there are more than ~ 3 people in the cars. They had a small bar in the lobby but there was never anyone serving. Glass barrier between toilet/shower and sink area is very transparent, giving little privacy.
Close to underground stations. Staff is polite and always available. Breakfast and food in general (lunch/ dinner) is great.
Room is too small for a 4-star hotel. The bed was unconfortable, we could feel the sprungs.
Buenisimo Fabuloso Excelente
La internet no llegaba a la habitacion.
Everything inside the room & bathroom is clean and modern and well organized and the toiletries are very complete even including a tooth brush
spacious and clean room, good wifi, and there is small centre commercial near there.
no kettle at a 4-stars hotel, and the location is not at the touristic place.
Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds and pillows, not noisy (at 5th floor). Good location - 300m from metro station which takes you to city center and directly to the airport. Restaurants and coffee places in the area.
We were 3 people and we were expecting a bigger room with 3 single beds. Instead, they added one bed in a double room which made it a bit cramped. But it was ok in the end, as we didn't spend too much time in the room.
very good modern hotel. It was the best one I stayed in Lisbon.
Bathroom was very spaceous and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location of the hotel is also quite good.
Although everything was on a high level, the hotel would be cosier with a bit more charm.
This hotel is attractively designed with spacious rooms. Its located in a good part of town with nearby parks and a short metro ride to all the sights.
The balconies are separated from the room by a barrier, not very user friendly!
Very helpful staff, clean room, good location.
Our room did not have a kettle to boil water, but the staff ALWAYS gave a flask of hot water upon request.
Very helpful staff, excellent food, comfortable and good location.
Tea making in the room would have added to the experience.
The Zenit has very comfortable beds and pillows. Our 3rd floor room overlooked the street but was quiet with a balcony and pleasant view. Air con was also quiet. Food in the hotel restaurant was good and the hotel is really close to a number of local, non-touristy cafés and restaurants. Staff were great - fluent in English, helpful and genuine. Wifi really good. A really nice hotel. Excellent value for money. You often pay much more for this quality.
Nothing. No, really - nothing.
Rooms were very cramped. Was not clean enough for four stars. More a 2-3 star. The garbage truck can be heard at 11pm.
Located close to the Metro with direct train to the airport. Nice part of the town with restaurants and shops. Everything worked as it should.
It has a good location. The facilities are good, clean and not old.
