front desk Carlos was really really helpful and friendly . 1st class customer service . breakfast was excellent .

the shower rail in room 309 didn't securely stay up . gym could be improved by including free weights

Beds

Not enough staff, staff didn't know good English, walls extremely thin, cleaners loud in the morning, staff did not welcome us and didn't introduce us to anything about the hotel or city.

Given different rates from what I had booked by two different desk clerks, who rectified when they checked their copy of the booking.

nice breakfast and not too far from metro stations, so ideal location to start your Lisboa adventure

somewhat noisy hearing footsteps from appartment above.

I liked the cleanliness and the modern design of the rooms. Also a nice central location and friendly staff.

Overall, the hotel was very good, responding to all basic needs in a very competent way.

The walls could be thicker. You could hear the tv in the next room.

For me this hotel is a typical business hotel where everything is designed to meet regular expectations. WiFi was free which is a great plus. The hotel is not in a very central location but it's very close to Saldanha metro station and Lisbon's metro network is quite efficient. (And economical if a 24h pass is purchased.)

I thought it was strange that the restaurant was closed on Saturday evening (8-12-2012)

The room was very noisey. but well appointed. Could hear people in the halls walking and in adjacent rooms.

price quality comparison, we paid 52 euro for a double room. Breakfast was divine ...

Location and friendleness of staff

Room location on street edge, morning and during the evening noise. We would love to go back and hopefully have a better experience. It was a special weekend but the comfort of the hotel as described above might not make it possible to recommend from our first stay. It was recommeded by another couple to us.

Always stay the Zenit. Works always for us ! Our cfriends have liked their stays also.

Good location near Airbus and metro. 701 was excellent accommoadtion

701 was quiet from traffic but noted some vibration from kitchen extract? or air conditioning unit? late evening

Very comfortable big room and bathroom. Good beds. Location very near the bus and Metro stops. Excelent breakfast and also for dinner.

There was no place to put the soap in the shower cabin. Good idea about not washing every day the towels if it´s not necessary but apparently it didn´t work.

almost everything was perfect the room and the service and cleaning. the location was not exactly at old city center but very close to metro station and a main bus station. 25 min walk to the down town. very acceptable for the price.

the very bad point about this 4 star hotel was not to have a wifi service. actually it had but it was not working during 4 days and there was only one computer at lobby. now even poor quality hostels have WiFi and it seams so bad for me to stay somewhere without internet.

We were allocated a suite on the 7th floor with a balcony. It was very modern, the bed was massive and we had a separate sitting area with TV. Breakfast was typical continental with some hot and was very good. Did not spend enough time in the hotel to take advantage of the full facilities. You need to catch a metro to get central but there are plenty of shops in the locality of the hotel.

Great hotel room. Very comfortable beds and near a metro station and bus top. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

I would have liked vending machines for late night snacks and bottled water. Also would have liked for room service to be available later in the evening (ended at 11pm).
