Convenient and very friendly staff. Good food from restaurant just next to the hotel. room was very small, only given one bottle of shampoo despite two people staying. Did not get shower gel for 3 days until the last day of stay. Overall room service is poor. |

Good location and god functioning free wi-fi. Soundproof very poor inside the hotel, whilst ok towards the street. Rooms are quite small with relatively hard and narrow beds. Breakfast buffet with little variation and no vegetables and poor coffee. The staff was partly impersonal and not child-friendly. |

The hotel was in a quiet location and therefore you could get a good night's sleep. The room was clean and bathroom was very swish. The breakfast, dinner and minibar prices were very expensive. A small bottle of water was £4, which was being sold in a local shop for 40pence. |

It was vvery convenient to the metro and well located for the train station. We got a very small room will a small window It was fairly cheap, but it didn't feel 4 star. |

Excellent services including breakfast and internet connection included in very reasonable price. Especially free internet access was good. Comfortable room with good flooring and amenity. Occasionally housekeeping services were not sufficient, such as exchange of towels, supply of toilet papers. |

We really enjoyed our stay, we found the staff to be very helpful, they advised us of a restaurant to eat at on our first evening and it was wonderful. The whole two days were a wonderful experience and a lot of this was due to the stay at the Zenit. |

The staff were extremely helpful. The Hotel was very contemporary and stylish, had a great lobby area to sit and chill out. Superb location, central, but slightly back off the main street as not to be intrusive. Can't think of anything |

Privileged localization, by the side of two shoppings centers that last open until 11:00 p.m. The room was very clean with modern decor. Wonderfull bathroom. It could have more place for luggages therefore the rooms are quite small. It has big stairs in the hall that difficult the access when you have heavy luggages. (They have an electric stair for wheelchairs). |

péssima insonorizaçao. Pouca coordenação entre o staff do hotel. A equipa da limpeza não sabia que o quarto estava ocupado! Marcaram-me um quarto com ligação directa a outro quarto com prejuízo da minha privacidade |
