The room was huge!!! Food was very bad, I got sick twice!!The cleanliness of the room for a 3star hotel was poor!! The shower was not working!!! |

Nice pool, nice lobby with big TV.
It might lead to a problem if you claim to accept American Express but you're not. One receptionist is very vain but totally ignorant. Location far from the centre and the beach.

All the staff had excellent english, provided professional and flexible service, they politely had good sense of humour. The dinner was always fine, the wines were good (try "vinho verde"). The pool was nice and clean. Everyday cleaning with changing all the towels (the latter would not have been necessary, anyway...). No minibar in the rooms, the air conditioner blowed out some mouldy stains throughout days (it has not been in use for a while or never been cleaned, I guess). Few international TV channels. |

Stayed twice at this hotel within two weeks. Very pleasantly surprised at the
Bar area invariably had several cigarette heavy smoking guests. |

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was quiet and comfortable -within walking distance from the beach and nearby restaurants and bars and a short taxi ride from the next town. |

La piscine et le personnel très sympathique (parle plusieurs langues) et disponible à toute heure. le style des chambres est très "vieillot" (déco, salle de bain, mobilier) et le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré (notamment le "jus" d'orange qui a un fort goût d'eau) |
