The service is really really impressive, I've never seen such a kind and carefull service. Breakfast could be better. They welcomed my sugestions and I am sure it will be a lot nicer next time.

O proprietário Javier tem um atendimento incrível, muito agradável e comprometido com o hóspede... Impossível não sair de lá o tendo como amigo. Destaco também a simpatia do funcionário Riquelme, o que vc precisar pode falar com ele.

Foi uma experiência realmente boa. Fui muito bem recepcionado pela equipe do hotel, que tem claro interesse de satisfazer o cliente. Foi minha primeira viajem internacional e eu não falo espanhol (se não fosse o acompanhamento da equipe do hotel em relação as minhas necessidades turísticas teria sido muito difícil). No mesmo momento que fechei a reserva já recebi o email com informações sobre o translado. E o proprio dono do hotel me ajudou e me orientou sobre: compras pontos turisticos e história local (em indioma inglés, portugues ou espanhol). Tudo isso resultou em uma experiencia agradavei e muito satisfatória. Voltarei daki a exatamente 35 dias e concerteza ficarei nesse hotel. (Nota 11)

It is an owner run hotel with fantastic service quality delivered with 200% friendly attitude. The location is perfect for being able to walk to a shopping mall and other business purposes. It felt like staying at a friend's home who really was looking out for you in every way possible. Whatever I needed outside the hotel the owner would help me in being able to find someone who could help me. I stayed in one of the best hotels here and after this experience will always stay in this home- hotel. A big villa with pool and relax area. Breakfast whenever you wake up. It was perfect and I loved it. Free pickup-drop off to airport was great. Fully English/Spanish fluent which is important in Asuncion.
