The staff at the front desk was corteous. The hotel looks a bit old but the room was ok. The buffet breakfast was adequate. The hotel has a swimming pool which we used on the very last day of our stay. They provided towels for the pool which was nice.

Buen servicio, personal agradable, buena comida, la piscina agradable y buen ambiente con el restaurante al lado, muy agradable por la noche. Excelente desayuno. Habitaciones con elementos de bajá conservación, televisión de tubo y baja visibilidad por desgaste, habitaciones poco aisladas a la calle. El aspecto de la habitación en su mantenimiento no corresponde a un hotel de 5 estrellas

Ich war mit meiner Tochter unterwegs in Südamerika und sind von Assuncion aus zurück geflogen. Deshalb sind wir eigentlich nur nach Assuncion gekommen und haben das schöne Wetter den Außenpool mit Palmenlandschaft sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war schön und groß. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war überaus hilfreich.

직원들이 친절했습니다. 인터넷무료가 좋았습니다. 시내중심가에 있어서 쇼핑및 식사할곳이 많아 좋았습니다. 객실이 아늑하지는 안았습니다. 객실이 추웠습니다. WI-FI가 되어서 무선인터넷을 무료로 사용할수 있었으나 공유기가 멀리있어서 그런지 잘 접속이 안되었습니다.

muito bom. limpeza excelente. boa localização.atendimento muito bom, exceto o serviço de atendimento dos garçons, principalmente no café da manhã e almoço no resturante pagliacio que deixou muito a desejar. é um hotel de categoria cinco estrelas, embora sua construção de 29 anos anos atrás , está muito bem conservado

Si vede che l'hotel è stato una vecchia gloria della città.....Mantiene un aspetto degno, le camere sono amplie e pulite....Il personale gentile,la colazione ottima ed abbondante.La posizione è ottima!

Do custo beneficio e pricipalmente da localização. O quarto que eu fiquei, achei velho os seus moveis, seu carpete, sua tv, etc, para o nível de um hotel 5 estrelas.

Muy buenos espacios, buen desayuno, muy buen ambiente en general. Deben tener un poco mas de cuidado con sabanas y toallas. Habia sabanas, que tenian grandes manchas. Igualmente se veian limpias.

Limpeza excelente, funcionários cordiais, restaurantes de bom nível, quartos amplos, chuveiro bom. Permite acesso fácil aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. A localização permite acesso a diversas linhas de ônibus. Porem, o centro é uma região muito antiga e passa a sensação de insegurança.
