We have stayed in the Hotel twice, in April 2011 for 2 weeks and in July 2011 for 4days. It is ideally situated for shops, bars, restaurants airport etc in Asuncion. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Claude and his whole family went out of their way to assist us in finding our adopted Paraguayan sons mother and family and Claudes , Davids and Jacquelines help with contacts and translation were absolutely crucial in the success of our mission. I would thoroughly recommend their Hotelas a small family run establishment

The host and employees were especially helpful and friendly. Also enjoyed the proximity to many nice restaurants- a good coffee shop (Freddo's ) and the free wifi.

Me asignaron una habitacion que resulta por demas ruidosa ya que linda con el desayunador y un pasillo, el telefono de la habitacion no funcinaba, tampoco la red wifi, no tiene caja de seguridad en ninguna parte del hotel, no se puede pagar con tarjeta de credito y el personal brinda mas excusas que soluciones.

El hotel estaba en reformas, cosa que nunca me habían informado. Llegué a las 3 am del viernes 14 y a las 7 am comenzaron a demoler paredes y sacar y romper vidrios. Fue una pesadilla. Claude, el propietario, me dijo que era para que la próxima vez encuentre un hotel bonito. Por supuesto no habría próxima vez. El desayuno se sirve de 7 a 9, horario absurdamente restringido. Me cambié de hotel a otro perteneciente al mismo propietario. En este otro, llamado Casa Suiza, el aire acondicionado, al estar encendido, hacía vibrar algo que generaba un ruido insoportable en la habitación. Lo peor fue al querera pagar la estadìa: querìan hacerme un recargo del 15% por pagar con tarjeta de crédito, siendo que eso no figuraba en las condiciones de la reserva. Tuve que advertirles que los denunciaría a Booking.com por no cumplir con las condiciones de la reserva para que el propietario acepte que se me cobre la tarifa estipulada.

La cercanía a los puntos de mi interés, una de las mejores zonas de Asunción y la limpieza El Parking es muy chico y en seguida se llena y tenes que dejar tu auto afuera, eso en Paraguay es un peligro

Absolut zu empfehlen - sehr sauber, extrem nettes Familienpersonal, viele Kunstwerke zu bestaunen, grosszuegige Zimmer und ausgiebiges frühstück - nur das birchermuesli fehlt im Schweizer Haus ;-)

La atención personalizada, la cordialidad.Muy bueno el servicio de desayuno. La ubicación de la computadora y la facilidad de internet.Limpieza de las habitaciones.El Hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, en zona de Restaurantes Sería conveniente tener teléfono en la habitación. La habitación nº 1 no lo tenía
