Very friendly, helpful staff. They had no problem answering all of our questions and recommending things. Lovely fresh juice and fruit with breakfast. The area where the hotel is situated is not nice or safe. The hotel itself is very secure, but it is not safe to walk in the area after dark.

Very close to the terminal, but the are is really dangerous especially at night with a lot of people living on the streets. Unfortunately the staff only wants the money and they called a taxi that charged us 25,000 Gs (4,500Gs ~ 1 $) for the 50M trip from the hotel back to the terminal. Stay somewhere else!

This hotel was really satisfying me. :D clean room and really closed to terminal. And they are really kind to guests. All the most, the price is amazingly suitable.

Amazing! Didn't have much expectation of the place, a little hard to find since there are no numbers on the places (city isssue). However, everybody knows about the place. Room really confortable and large, great bathroom, vip towels, clean and new bed sheets. Very clean and the place was well cleaned everyday. After 4 months on the road, the place felt like "home" so instead 1 day there, stayed 3. The owners live in the hotel and they are just amazing people, the husband helped me around on finding things that I needed. Also, seems like the traveling reps stray there too, if the locals travel people choose the place, means... well priced, good service, safe and friendly.

Hospitalidade dos proprietários. Estacionamento de veículos seguro. Limpeza do apto. Localização. Chuveiro do apto 10 que necessita ser consertado.O jato de água está desregulado. Porta do banheiro do mesmo apto.

Excelente atendimento, Housekeeping perfeita, Preco muito bom, Quartos com frigobar tv cama e lencois limpos. Eu volto sem duvidas. Um pouco dificil de encontrar a primeira vez, o meu gps nao levou ate o local, so cheguei por meio de informacoes.

Bom estacionamento, lugar bao para dormir, ar condicionado e ventilador, tranquilo. café da manhã bem simples. vale o preço que eh justo. recomendado. reposição do café da manhã, se voce nao for o primeiro pode ficar sem alguma coisa. tem que estar de carro senão fica longe do centro para ir a pé.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, e o que precisamos foram gentis e prestativos, bem como, em chamar taxi, indicar alguns locais para compras, dicas, etc ... O café da manhã excelente ! A Acomodação idem , chuveiro quentinho ! Estávamos sem frigobar e com garrafa de água no quarto, sem solicitarmos, providenciaram após a 1a. limpeza ! Adoramos e indicamos para outras pessoas sem dúvida A única coisa que faltou na minha opinião é um espelho grande no guarda roupa! rsrs

Fui muito bem atendido pelo Staff e pelos proprietários. Me senti verdadeiramente em casa. Gostei de tudo. Não tenho nenhuma reclamação a fazer.

É um ótimo hotel, tinha tudo o que precisávamos: bom colchão na cama, ar condicionado, frigobar, chuveiro com água quente. A localização é boa, pertinho da rodoviária. O café da manhã é bem servido e os funcionários são muito amáveis.

Os funcionários são muito educados e solícitos. O hotel é simples mas confortável e limpo. O quarto em que eu fiquei tem ar condicionado, TV, internet e frigobar por um preço bem em conta. Altamente recomendável. A localização dele não é a melhor. O bairro é tranqüilo, mas tem um comércio muito pouco desenvolvido. Também fica um pouco longe da área comercial da cidade (considerando que compras eram o meu objetivo principal nessa viagem).
