Staff did not speak english, however we managed fine using the translation app. The staff were friendly and helpful. Arranged dinner and taxi bookings. Location was good for us, just 6 blocks from downtown. Pool looked a bit milky.

Very poor services, Sauna is closed after 7 pm, staff seemed pretty careless. Pricewise its a rip off. Plus the location is not very convenient, a bit far from averything, nothing to do or see within walking distance.

Personnel attentif et très serviable, Les chambres sont confortables, propres et spacieuses, Très bonne cuisine au restaurant. Mobilier et décoration un peu vieillot, peu de prises éléctriques dans les chambres.

A atenção e gentileza dos funcionarios Fiquei um pouco apreensivo porque estava no 101 e a trava da janela nao funcionava, pois qualquer pessoa pode ter acesso ao ap atraves da marqu ise.

Un seul mot pour décrire cette hôtel. Excellent !! c était la première fois que je venais au Paraguay , à Asunción et franchement cet hotel est tout simplement sublime. Avec un prix abordable , l hôtel vous propose gratuitement un buffet au petit déjeuner. Une grande variété de choix y est proposée De plus, le personnel est fort agréable. Le client est roi à tous les point de vue j y suis resté seulement pour 2 nuits, ils ont tous fait pour que je me sente comme chez moi. Ils m ont même offert une séance de massage gratuite, dans le Spa de l hotel Un pur moment. !!

Al entrar, la recepcion esta muy linda, lastima que despues no contrasta con las habitaciones Limpieza en primer lugar, y mas capacitacion en turismo para las recepcionistas.

Muy conforme con el hotel, la atención, el silencio y tranquilidad, en una muy buena zona de Asunción, la colina con fresco y brisa permenentes es buenísima, como la vista desde las habitaciones. De destacar la discreción y hospitalidad del personal y del ambiente del hotel. Sugeriría incluir más detalles de servicios en la habitación y ampliar el horario de spa.

Es un hotel fantasma donde los empleados estan tirados en los sillones mirando la tele, los servicios son un verdadero chiste, y tiene un pesimo tratamiento de insonorizacion ya que de los 5 dias que estuvimos no pudimos dormir ni uno, se escucha todo el ruido del transito como si dormieras en la misma calle, no tienen la supuestas suite de lujo por las que pagas y la kichinet con bajilla totalmente equipada no existe. Te cobran una fortuna para la porqueria que es.

Faltaría una tienda de souvenir y kiosco , ya que está muy alejado de todo. El servicio de internet , no es gratis en las habitaciones . Las llamadas de teléfono son muy costosas.
