location is away from all the shops.. and other places. its a bit difficult for non Qatar residents! Everything else is first class!

The place of Hotel near to the Downtown and good area near to the sea

Serrounnding area need development and cleaning

Doors opening and closing in the corridor making big noise

The location was ideal. The room was nice and spacious.

The staff were rather slow to respond to requests. It took three attempts to get a response.

The bathroom was not very clean and I found this disappointing. In addition to this the chef at breakfast left the omelette cooking station with the hot oil on the heat unattended- This was the 2nd day in the row that he had done this and will cause a fire if he continues to do this- THis must be addressed as urgent. Many thanks

The location of the hotel was nearby to many attractions, really enjoyed our stay in Doha would go back again it is a beautiful place especially the corniche, the people are welcoming and helpfull

Watch out for the taxis don't get the private white cars they charge you more, go for the sky blue KARWA cars they run on a meter

Nice bedrooms and nice staff, situated 50m from a Masjid

The bathroom design (looks simple and old), bad connection if you use a smartphone

Room was nicely decorated and all basic facilities were available and working. Good for business traveler or solo traveler

Tv was not working only 5 channels were showing. Not much activities for children I.E. no outdoor facility

Satellite system was malfunctioning.

I found out that I pay more throu booking and if I booked thru the Hotle direct I will get much better price

The beds were comfortable.

We stayed in a junior suite. Upon booking & prior to arrival Hotel was informed of mother and son as guests. Non smoking room was requested,on arrival nothing available as smoking is permitted throughout the Hotel. So be aware if traveling with small children its not family friendly. Only one towel in bathroom No coffee or tea available in room. Tv had only 5 channels working despite tv room guide stating there were 80+ channels available. Wifi - is only available down in the lobby where you have to sit amongst the smoke from other guests. No information in the rooms about the city . Basic standard room inclusions in this hotel were not met so would not rate this hotel 4 star at all.

So many things, I stood there for 4 nights without tv! They said the receiver is not working .The exchange rate they used is totally different than the one used in Booking. The complimentary coffee and tea was delivered at the last day. The sofa was not hygienic and you can see and smell this
