الاستقبال غير جيد تم تغيير الغرف المحجوزة لنا بغرف أخرى مع محاولة إقناعي والإصرار على أن ما فعلوه هو الأفضل لمصلحتي؟!! الأثاث غير جيد ولا يوجد فرش كافي ومعقول صالة الاستقبال ومدخل الفندق مفتوح على المقهى ورائحة الشيشة في المكان لا يوجد خدمات كونسيرج للأسف حاليا منطقة أعمال وبالتالي إزعاج متواصل حتى ليلا للأسف والذي يظهر أن النوافذ غير عازلة بشكل كاف للصوت

1-Staff very slow to respond. 2-All service phones no answer. Only operator takes calls. 3-Furniture and curtains need mentainence. 4- Restaurant staff for breakfast are very bad. 5- Only few selections for breakfast and juices.

Our suite was sea view but we could not see the sea because of the dirt on the windows glass that was so thick that we could not see a thing. We didn't find slippers so we cased for them. They were delivered after 6 hours and three call requests. The wasn't enough soap in this 3 bedroom suite that we booked so we asked for a couple. The soap were delivered next day!!. There is a construction site next to the building where they work for 23 hours a day. Work stops at 5 to 6 am only.

The elevators are too slow. There were noisy construction works close to the hotel and they were working all the night.
The room was very large. Parking in the hotel is very easy.

Spa is poorly equipped. Sauna not working and pool was murky. The rioms are very large and feel empty and echoed. Breakfast was a very poor showing if stale croissants and cold coffee.

Slow service, my room was freezing and they couldnt do anything, I call three times to get more blankets. Staff cant help with tourism informatio. No taxi passing the front door, we had to go out from the back door, walk, with our grandma in wheelchair, waiting for taxi!!! Because they depend on their limousine!!!

Extract from Letter Sent to Guest and Sales Directors, whilst we were staying at the hotel. I am writing to express my dismay and disappointment with our stay (15-21st Feb). Our dreadful experience started before we arrived with the hotel. The hotel claim that they could not take the originally agreed amount from the credit card. We respectfully believe that this was due to the incompetence of the hotel staff, not ourselves, since our credit card company confirm that there was no attempt to deduct the original amount from the card. As a result, and given this is our family holiday, we were forced to rebook the stay, at an additional cost of 2000 QR. This is completely unacceptable. Despite explaining this on check in, our complaint was brushed off with no attempt to put things right or any gesture of goodwill. It can not be right or lawful that the hotel is punitively punishing us for their mistake? Also, at no stage either from your own website, which we checked or booking.com did it make clear that this hotel was in the middle of a building site. We therefore were misled into staying at this hotel. However the hotel website did make a number of claims which were unfulfilled, such as: ‘Supermarket on site’ (there isn’t) and DVD player in every room (only 1 in the three bedroom suite). For the sake of brevity I now list the additional issues that we have experienced during this woeful stay: 1) Poor noise insulation and build quality of the room. This meant several disturbed nights of sleep and unwelcome noise intrusions. 2) Upon arrival the suite was under equipped, with insufficient cutlery, crockery, clothes hangers, no hairdryer and even missing batteries in one of the remote control panels. Moreover, when we were eventually able to get these items the bowls etc were inadequate but we chose to let ‘this go’ as we wanted to get on with our holiday.
