nice new hotel room they gave me had a window about 1 foot wide (seriously) and they seemed very indifferent when I commented on this. The architect needs shooting and the management should only give out that room as a last resort. Watch out for the 'free shuttle service', they bundle you into any car and then the driver expects paying when he drops you at the airport. |

The bedrooms suites were very nice. The internet charges were excessive and unnecessary. I was also aware at the time of booking that the hotel was alcohol free. I think therefore this should be clearly pointed out. The selection of TV channels was very limited for English speakers. The hotel staff make a point of promoting their own "in house" limo service. |

The staff and service is excellent. Very good hospitality and warm people to deal with. I conducted a seminar and stayed for about a week, didn't feel like leaving the place at all. |

The great courtesy and help shown by all your staff durring our 2 very short stays. Your website states that transport is available to and from the airport. It does not state that it has to be prebooked. On both our arrivals a Movenpick coach was waiting empty at the airport, but we were not permitted to use it as we had not prebooked and had to seek a taxi. We chose Movenpick Towers from other hotels for this facility ! Future guests would appreciate better information. |

i hated it worst hotel and staff i have stayed in for a while, not worthy of 5 star rating. staff rude not helpful and generally not worthy of a 5 star rating. |

good food and good service from the restaurant and room service. There wasnt a water hose at the toilet, which is something standard in Middle East. |
