Hotel staff were professional and helpful. Fast check-in and check-out. Availability and easy access of car parking.

At the day of check-out, one of the hotel staff knocked the door and entered the room while we were sleeping although the "don't disturb" sign was on which was very annoying. The toilet was smelling bad and the water basin was blocked.

Very comfortable bed. Very attentive staff. Good food.

Tv remote didn't work well. -- tv channels took too much time to access because of having to go through a selection process through hotel information every time. Couldn't switch back and forth (for instance to retrieve a message on guest services screen) without going through the whole selection process again to get back to the tv channels. -- Breakfast is excellent, and has a large selection. However, it's basically the same thing every morning. I was there an entire week, and after all that time, the sameness of the breakfast variety was getting a bit boring.

The facilities such as the pool and gym were of a good standard, clean and well maintained. The Ground floor restaurant served food of a very high standard at reasonable prices.

It was not made known that this hotel is not licensed to serve alcohol. The carpet in our room was heavily stained and ill fitted. The kitchenette had no plates, cutlery or cookware, rendering it useless.

The Exe room size was good.

There is a strange smell which permeates every floor. The Exe floor is a bit better. However, suhur menu was too limited in choices and repetitive. The Hotel uses an upsale technique and bundles intenet & breakfast

Excellent check in staff , knowledgable and very helpful

Shuttle bus was 15 minutes later than organiosed which nearly cost me my floight ( I berlieve that shuttle was delayed so that more people could use it and there would not have to be 2 journeys as the other passengers were not around for ythe 1.30 that I had suggested but were all in place at 1.650 ie when it departed .;l

Out of the hotel webpage descriptions, I thought it will be my hotel from now & on but unfortunately it won’t be. Mövenpick Tower & Suites Doha supposed to be one of the best hotels in the diplomatic area But with the poor services and the absence of the most important facilities, I will never think of staying in it & I will assure that all of my business colleagues are away from selecting this hotel.

The hotel seems to be newly opened so everyting was clean and all the staff was helpfull the location was perfect the price was reasnable

It holds up its reputation as hotel and resrtaurant

Lack of any alcohol in the restaurants

Dirty carpets and sofa upholstery, bad beds, old furniture. No more than 3 stars standard.

Polite staff ,clean room and quite ok breakfast.

There was huge noise out of the hotel. The construction work started at 06:00 am. It was terrible.
