The hotel is perfect for a solo business traveller in that it is so welcoming and accommodating with a wide range of restaurants between the two parts of the hotel. Free wifi in the rooms is very welcome.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now. The staff are excelletn and so is the location. It meets my needs in Doha when visiting friends. I would like to see it offer better weekend deals as it is a little expensive

Despite surprisingly non-functional interior design of part of room amenities, the rooms in the new wing (executive floor) constitute a considerable improvement compared to those in the old wing and hotel offers pleasant ambiance (apart from poor ventilation system). Total 'non-smoking area' restaurant option on 1st floor. Top management receptive to directly delivered remarks of negative aspects of hotel, and improvement/rectification foreseen. 1 sleep disturbing - poor air quality in room (executive floor), probably due to insufficient/incorrect ventilation system. - noise from air cond. 2 non-functional 'sofa' (not suitable for sitting), no proper desk chair 3 polyester duvet 4 entire corridor on 1st floor (restaurants area) stenching from cigarette smoke, probably due to insufficient/incorrect ventilation system. 5 no rooms for allergy sufferers available

Stayed in the newer wing. Great room, although a little expensive. Just a brief stay however have had chance to use the restaurant facilities on previous stays and they are excellent.

The room was nice and clean and the air conditioning was quiet and efficient; the hotel had their own taxi service; they were used to splitting bills for those on expenses accounts; The hotel is spread over 2 sites. It doesn't flow and you have to search out the many restaurants they advertise. They seem to cater more for people coming into the hotel to use the bars. It gets very tiresome having to put your bag throught the xray machine as you move from one block to the other and they only seem to ask compliant people to do it. The main bar is unpleasant as it stinks of cigarette smoke.

I like the location where you can reach everything you need in short time and also the staff are very friendly. Its very quiet despite the location of the Hotel which could be described as a center of Doha. Thanks, From the looks of the other hotels, Ramada Hotel Management, openly; should build a Competitive prices according to the Inflation and the increase in the numbers of hotels in Doha for the sake of raising-locally- the popularity of this exciting hotel. Breakfast prices might be also considered by the management hotel taking a few looks at the other hotels offers. As one of those people who lives in Qatar for more than 30 years! I submit the above mentioned points as a person who wishes to remain a permanent customer of your great hotel. Regards,

I liked the hotel but probably would not stay again because of all the smoking. It was impossible to find somewhere to sit downstairs - even in a non smoking area - which was not smoky. Despite the best attempts of housekeeping, it was also impossible to get the smell of cigarette smoke out of my room, even though it was a non-smoking room. This in turn affected my sleep and made my stay less comfortable and enjoyable.

Loved the spaciousness of the room and the separate check-in. The pool and facilities were also excellent. The only downside was the fact that the plug for the hairdryer is not very convenient for a mirror.

Good location. Great choice of food and beverage outlets. Nice pool. If you book into the 'new' part of the hotel, the pool is a good distance from you. The smell of burning incense in the main lobby is very overpowering and not very nice! The rain shower in the bathroom is very nice but it would take a genius to figure out how it actually works. There is no extra hand shower unit, which we thought was standard in most showers?

I found the efficiency and willingness of all hotel staff exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately, the 'older' building looks tired and could do with an update. The mastic and shower/bath fittings in bathrooms all need replacing as it doesn't look clean irrespective of how many times 'housekeeping services' scrub. Please don't let your reputation down by neglecting these small things, that for a visitor is really important. Your customer service throughout is fantastic!
