There were no Non smoking rooms so we were upgraded to a Deluxe Twin in the new building which was excellent. Location a little far out from the centre but cabs were cheap enough |

3 of us stayed, overall very good. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff, facilliteis in hotel are excellant. Big hotel, poor signage inside as to where restuarants bars are etc. |

My stay was in executive room. The executive lounge services were very relaxing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Quality of hotel facilities are excellent. |

The staff were very good' the swimming pool was first class as was the service at pool side. I work here and know that the Ramada is excel ant but my wife and granddaughter came over from england and thought the hotel was superb in every aspect. |

Staff were very friendly and service was prompt. The deluxe room was a great size with a resonably sized balcony. There was some food leftover from the previous days patrons which was in a cupboard and not cleaned out, however the overall cleanliness of the room and hotel was good. |

it is clean and staff is friendlly the Furniture is very old , they dont read your notes when you book befor in my case i book and ask them to give me conected rooms they did hn the end but the beds not what i booked , concerge Services not good at all |

We relaxed at the pool with our children, they do have a nice kids pool. We went to dinner in the hotel, enjoyed it. The price was high but more so due to the fact the area as a hole has high hotel prices. |
