The chalet has direct access to the beach other than the villas. Bed comfort and kitchen facilities are good especialy if you have a baby. Friendly staff.

Old facilities which require urgent renovation. Cleaning is perfectly done only with high tips to the employee. Swimmingpool was never cleaned during our 6 night stay (no vacuming of sand and are provided only after 11:00 am or with a tip payment to the employee. Then magic happens and towels are available. Floor teils around the pool area are very dangerous with sharp edges. My 2 year old daughter fell while walking, not running and got 3 big cuts on both knees and both Hands. Beach area is very dirty anlong with the coast front of the resort. They started to clean it up only for a vip event on our last day. Public bathrooms are dirty and rearly cleaned and the WC/change area require urgent renovation as its been the same since year. 2 wc, 2 showers & 2 changing rooms for 500 persons on our last day. As this is the only facilty in Qatar with beach access and chalets you are forced to accept everything. Hoping that things will change in the near future. So you are forced to recommemd it with warning.

The weird rules of the hotel are appalling. I had invited a group of English friend; a mother (with 2 adult daughters) and her friend who is visiting from England with her 6 year old daughter. I was refused to be checked-in as I was not related to any of them. However, reception told me it would be ok if I just showed them an id of one of my real daughters. What does that tell you?? It tells me a lot about what goes on in this resort. I have no respect for them and will never stay there again.

the resort is very nice and facilities are exellent. The sea view is very nice. It is a quite place and perfect to relax and for sport and groups. The breakfast was good too

Price is somehow high. The room service and house keeping can be better. It is an excellent resort but very regular hotel

The Breakfast was not that good The Front Desk needs to sort out reservation blocks I had to change my previous reservation so I got my card blocked twice then when I checked in they blocked it again now I dont know how much I really paid for a single room.

The room was not up to the standard rooms that we can find in a 4 star hotel. Not worth the money and will not recommend it again.

Beach, BBQ in chalet ( although dirty and old ) , pool specially the kids pool. Reasonable breakfast but not of 5 star class ( 3 star type ).

Expensive resort for the quality of customer care, the facility the provide. Needs urgent renovation of chalets and whole facility. Small reception and slow service ( less staff ). The chalet has only one sharing bathroom for two very small bedrooms. No kitchen only microwave and small refrigerator. Staff trained well to ignore the approaching guest as much as possible ( only physically present but not helping or looking forward to serve you), specially the pool side staff .... no towel if you ask one ?? Expensive jet ski and other recreational facilities ( Qr 250 for 30 minuets ). Overall 3 star experience for the money you pay and service you get at this resort.

The Location.

Facility Maintenance of the Hotel is very poor. Our Telephone, Lights were not working and we complained but nobody turned. There is no Mini Bar, Bathrobe even. Noway it's a 5 Star.

I was very disappointed by the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. When I arrived, the chalet had not been cleaned and was full of dust and had a musty smell. The curtains, lounge suite, bedding and pillows all had the same musty smell. I immediately went to the front desk to say I'm not happy with my room. I asked what else was available and was shown room in the hotel, which was only slightly better and would cost me more, because I'd have to take two to accommodate my family. I decided it was not worth the extra money.

Expensive.& It's mentioned on the website that we can add an extra bed for adult in each room, but we have found the rooms very small there is just a space to enter the room and reach the bed!!
