Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The a/c was good, and the buffet breakfast was good. The pool was not operational, nor was the business center. Had no fitness center that I saw. Will NOT stay here again. |

No bar as advertised, couldn't gain acess to the restaurant due to a sports club staying at the hotel, the hotel never received the booking from Booking.com which caused major problems on arrival, the swimming pool as advertised lacked water but had plenty of rubble to offer! |

Location easy parking 1) The kitchen has no catering equipment at all, no use to kitchen with empty cupd. 2)Non of the Electrical equipment have the wright plug to suit the wall sockets.3) No internet in the rooms, internet sockets located in bedroon not setting area. 4) the shower head is low and can not be used. 5) the floor drain in bathroom floods, drains blocked. 6) no sound insulation between rooms, can hear what going on the next room, 7) bathroom full of cocratches night time. 8) hotel rating 2 star, not 4 star. |

the hotel is of very poor quality. In the room bar even water bottle is not available. Bath room is very poor it was a furnished appt. before now they are telling 4 star hotel restaurent is also very bad. Charging money for 4 star hotel but no standard. |
