The hotel overall was excellant, room was nice and clean , resturants were good and the beach is amazing The reception staff were not well trained, it took them an hour to proceed on the check out and they didnt even know how to refund the deposit to the creit card

It is very quiet and private. It feels like you are in heaven and it is your paradise. Clean rooms, luxury and great interior. Nice breakfast and location of the seating is great in that restaurant. You can also open the room's windows for ventilation which is not possible in other 5-star hotels. The only small disadvantage is that you seldom hardly find a trash bin in the lobby and the lounges which is bothering sometimes

I like the luxury loppy and the room view I didnt like the resption staff and the delay in check in and i came already paid two days in advance,,,, I asked for romantic pakage, which inclued flowers only and i hade to pay for a cake( I asked them to write on the cake for my wife, but the didnt. it was a special day and I didnt want to call them about the cake becouse my wife was happey ( and i know she will be happier if she saw the wrriting on the cake. so the dont care about the gust requst.. i wont visit this hotel again and i wnot recomndet to any one

The hotel is new and clean. Rooms are comfortable and have all what a guest requires. The pool is around 50m which is nice and relaxing. The rates are too high. Hotel car to the airport is around $60 one way !! Which is a 10min drive. This is equivalent to a one way air ticket on Fly Dubai from Doha to Dubai. Also food, mini bar and other items are expensive. Therefore, if you are with kids then expect to receive a heavy bill. The hotel was empty, making it a bit boring.But probably is not the case on other weeks or months.

The swimming pool nice Location is ok Resumption staff nice Decoration of the room I asked the hotel to extend my stay at the hotel and they refused?! This is abnormal as I had to leave at 12 pm and drive 5 hours to my country, it wasn't nice from them. They don't answer the phone calls, you have to wait long time until someone will pick up the phone. The food is too expensive inside the hotel, for small family breakfast meal it can cost 350 riyals, where next to you restr can cost only 50 riyals. One day we haven't got Shampoo, maybe by mistake, but it wasn't nice.

موقع مميز مطل على الخليج العربي, يوجد عدد كبير من المطاعم. Nice views, great landscaping, location next to the arabian gulf and variety of resturants. غالي جدا لغرفة متوسطة الحجم. يجب عليك دفع للساعات الأضافية بعد الجيك أوت Very expensive for an average sized bedroom. Charged alot of money for extra hours after check out.

The staff are soooo helpful and smile all the time. The resturants and facilities are soooo good. Lobby area is quiet and comfortable. The desgin and furniture are beautiful. The chick in took long time to be done n they dont have a complementary for designing the room by flowers they took extra amount to do it. I dont like the bool its very standare. The rate in resturants and mini bar are soo high n they take a tip for 25 qr for each room services order.
