Le personnel était très accueillant et on se sent très vite à l'aise. Notre chambre était très belle avec une belle vue sur le piton des neiges. Le lit est très grand et très confortable. Le petit plus est le jacuzzi. Après une bonne balade, c'est toujours agréable de pouvoir s'y relaxer :) Tout a été super :)

La taille des chambres et leur aménagement luxueux et confortable. L'extrême gentillesse du personnel. Les grands balcons avec le vue sur la rue principale. Le cachet style traditionnel du bâtiment. Le manque de prises électrique pour recharger les diverses appareils.

Hôtel très agréable, bonne literie, joli mobilier ancien, petit déjeuner bien (mais pas exceptionnel comme j'ai pu le lire) 4 étoiles nouvelles normes !!! c'est impossible, qui les donne, le contrôleur n'est pas monté jusqu'à Cilaos !!! Hôtel très agréable et bien équipé pour l'endroit mais juste un 3*, pas de porteur, pas d'ascenseur, rénovation faite avec les moyens locaux

c'est une très belle maison stylée avec beaucoup de charme, le cadre est magnifique, le décor romantique, c'est très design, un très bon rapport qualité/prix, j'ai adoré ! tout était parfait de l'accueil, au petit déjeuner copieux, raffiné à base de produits frais de la région, c'était génial !

Très bonne ambiance créole. Jolie vue depuis les chambres. Les chambres sont jolies, confortables et spacieuses et la salle de bain avec jaccuzi très agréable. Accueil chaleureux.

Das Hotel strahlt Tradition und Romantik aus. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und lecker.

Accueil exceptionnel dans ce bel hôtel ! Détente dans la baignoire à bulle apprécié après un trek dans le cirque de Mafate ! Sans oublier un buffet petit-déjeuner personnalisé avec des profits locaux. Super adresse !

Es un hotel muy bonito al estilo "creole". Ubicado en el centro de Cilaos un pueblo precioso que no hay que perderse. Las habitaciones muy bien con jacuzzi y buena vista desde la terraza. El propietario super amable.

Moi et mon chéri,on a trouvé l'hotel très bien,l'accueil sympa le lieu est magnifique,la chambre très belle et le lit immense lol on a vraiment profité...le décor aussi dans les autres pièces rien à dire....on regrettte rien dommage qu'on a passé qu'une nuit....bisou de carole et éric

Personnel adorable, hôtel coquet et chambre chaleureuse avec parquet, jacuzzi et petit balcon Wifi gratuit à l'accueil, hôtel bien situé dans la rue principale de Cilaos avec parking Petit déjeuner avec produits faits maison Salon de thé pour le gouter de l’après midi après une bonne randonnée, avec des gâteaux maison (trop bon) et à un prix raisonnable! Je le recommande ++++
