Beautiful setting

No shower in room

the total unfirendliness of the bar staff and restaurant. not even hello and treatign you discuntingly when you dare to ask a question. If 4 stars are reach by the fact only to have a swimming pool and spa, then I understand. Beside those, it has not the level at all of a 4 stars. Neither by the courtesy of the staff in general (beside some at the receptions, the other one making face and saying "putain" or "merde" everythime she is trying to do something, neither by the room itself. Very expensive for what it is.

The facility is spacious and close to the beach with many restaurants and bars close by. The beach is clean the safety measures are in place.

Food is Overpriced. The hotel's price is acceptable. The a/c is hitting exactly on the bed, made me have a very bad sleep. The staff is over-friendly making it unauthentic.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The position of the hotel is fabulous, breakfast was great a vast array of food including hot items. The pools are excellent especially if you had a groundfloor room. We had a jaccuzi in our room which was lovely after a hot day round the pool, and the bed was very clean and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, will definitly go back.....

The only negative thing was (which we English expect) there was no kettle in our room, but this did not matter and it certainly did not spoil our holiday.

Very professional staff, kind and always smiling. View on the ocean from restaurant and our balcony (room 112). Very good choice for breakfast (salted and sweet, fruits). All beyond our expectations. From many rooms on the ground floor the access to the swimming pool is possible directly from the room's balcony.

The swimming pool is very scenographic but not very practical in case you want to swim seriously, since it is mainly a (however nice) ring around the main building.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had no car during my stay and they were very helpful in arranging all my activities to best suit my needs. The design of the hotel is very nice. The pool is pretty small but very nice and the beach view from the pool, the bar or restaurant is awesome. There are couple of restaurants nearby at a walking distance in the Boucan Canot area. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel

The pool! I wish the room had been on the ground floor...

It would be good to have reliable wifi in the rooms as well, instead of the cable..

Hotel de 20 ans d'age certainement le plus beau de l'ile il y a 15 ou 20 ans, mais plus au top à ce jour, en tout cas au prix des prestations payées... Gros bouleau de management et de remise en question à faire pour maintenir le cap des 4 étoiles. Petit dej plutôt minable pour le prix annoncé! (25€)

Tarif quelque peu excessif

L’accueil, le cadre, la piscine, le restaurant, le cocktail de bienvenue, l'accès à la piscine depuis la chambre, le bain à remous dans la chambre, les peignoirs et tout les accessoires dans la salle de bain (qui sont très utiles au cas où on oublierait quelque chose)

Le jacuzzi manquait de propreté et l'eau était froide, la couverture sur le lit faisait un peu trop ancien, il manquait une petite touche de modernité

Notre cheek in, le personnels n'est pas vraiment professionnel pour un établissement de cette gamme, les tarifs excessif. Deux mots pour qualifier cette hôtel " sans âme". Travaillant moi même dans un hôtel haute gamme, j'ai vraiment été très déçu

Ouverture de la porte de la chambre difficile et laborieuse.Téléviseur trop éloigné du lit et défaillant avec des explications de fonctionnement imprécises et complexes dans le manuel d'acceuil. Restaurant de l'hotel :deux repas aux tarifs "dégustation"dont le premier plat a été servi aprés 40 minutes d'attente,durée totale du dîner 2heures ! pain servi froid et liant... digestion commencée avant l'arrivée du dessert !des excuses d'accord mais aucun geste commercial ! triste

Hotel bien situé accueil et personnel sympathique chambre sympa assez grande /piscine originale/accès plage direct hotel les pieds ds l eau.

Wifi seulement dispo à la réception. Possible ds les chambres ms avec câble.

La succession de piscines qui font le tour du bâtiment central et l'architecture général avec notamment les arcades.

Le petit déjeuner gagnerait à offrir plus de choix notamment au niveau des légumes (tomates, carottes et concombres par exemple manquent cruellement à l'appel)

De manière général tout était correct

Il faudrait refaire l’étanchéité des chambres. Bien que luxieuse notre chambre présentait des traces d'infiltration d'eau à certains endroits.

Tolle Lage am Meer, allerdings mit der Einschränkung, dass nicht direkt vor dem Hotel gebadet werden soll (Wellen, Haigefahr). 300 Meter entfernt findet man einen überwachten Strand! Alle Zimmer im Groundfloor grenzen direkt an den Swimmingpool! Der Frühstücksraum bzw. Frühstücksterasse liegen traumhaft schön im zweiten Stock und machen das Frühstück zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen, um zu Fuss (3 Min.) einige nette Restaurants zu erreichen.

Die Zimmer sind für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel etwas abgenützt, altmodisch und dunkel (Zimmer 006). DAs Badezimmer ist grosszügig, verfügt allerdings über keine Dusche, sondern über ein sehr grosse Sprudelbadewanne. Der Einstieg in diese Wanne um zu duschen, kommt einer Turnübung mit grosser Rutschgefahr gleich. Die Zimmer haben einen Schrank mit Hängern, aber keinen mit Tablaren oder Schubladen! Man lebt also die ganze Zeit aus den Koffern! Äusserst merkwürdige Informationspolitik oder schlichtes Nichtwissen, wie man Gäste informiert! An unzähligen Stellen wird auf den Dresscode für das A-la--Carte-Restaurants hingewiesen, selbst im Lift mit einer Zeichnung und auf jeder Seite der Speisekarte! (Dann dürfte es für diese Information allerdings eher zu spät sein). Dafür fehlt jeder Hinweis auf die relative Gefährlichkeit des Meeres direkt vor dem Hotel und auf die Haigefahr! Hier wäre eine Warntafel - und ein Hinweis auf den nahen überwachten Strand - beim Ausgang zum Strand vor dem Hotel - einfach zwingend. Für ein 4-Sterne-Haus nicht akzeptierbar ist, dass man abends während der Essenszeit im "A-la-Carte"-Restaurant, im separat gelegenen Bar- und Terassenbereich nichts von der tagsüber gültigen "kleinen" Karte bestellen kann. Man wird während dieser Zeit auf den Roomservice verwiesen. Die Terasse unseres Eckzimmers (006) war für das Einnehmen eines Imbisses - und deshalb für den Roomservice - viel zu klein.
