struttura vecchia e malandata, materassi di bassissima qualita', in apparente semi abbandono, self catering impossibile per mancanza accessori, bagni in pessime condizioni, obbligatorio fare la pulizia da se' durante ed alla fine del soggiorno. C'e' di molto meglio

The staff were lovely and the pool was nice. Good location to Boucan Canot beach and we had a nice view of the ocean.

This place had a lot of shortcomings and we were very disappointed in the end. We have been travelling for 2 months through mainland Africa and have not had a complaint about anywhere else we stayed. We were hoping to relax and unwind here, but that didn't happen. The pool was so busy everyday, that we either didn't even want to go to the pool area, or left because there were so many bratty children screaming and carrying on, that it was the opposite of relaxing. We found out that for a small fee, the public can come and use the pool. The room was not clean and it was I'm a state of disrepair. The shower screen was broken so when we showered water went all over the floor. The air conditioning didn't work at all and the door to the horribly small and uncomfortable balcony provided no sea breeze. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were the smallest and flattest I've ever seen. They advertise a fully equipped kitchenette but it was far from it. Our room was provided with only the very basics - not enough to use to make any sort of meal. Also towels are not provided in the bathroom - for an extra fee of €8 you can hire one. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Find a place in St Gilles although the address says St Gilles, this hotel is in Boucan Canot.

Very good location, close to the beach.

We booked for 10 nights and were quite disappointed when we saw the studio we were given. The door to the balcony ground against the floor and was almost impossible to open, the sliding wardrobe door as well, the tv and hairdryer did not work, there were holes in the floor tiles as bidet had been removed, some other tiles were broken and parts of them missing. An additional lock was hammered onto the entrance door, the dishes were dirty and pans were so horribly scratched that they really could not be used. The next morning dropping water woke me up. It came from ac, unfortunatelly it flooded and destroyed my computer. And we also understood why all doors in the room were swollen. The lady in the reception gave us another studio which was all right. I really don't understand why we were given such a horrible studio first although the hotel was half empty.

Although the time has gone over the hotel and there are necessary improvements, it is absolutely ok.The personal are friendly and helpful, hotel facilities works properly,except AC .Close to the ocean .It has ample parking.

Staff courtesy, good position.

Room well below expectations, nowhere close to what shown in the pictures. Poor performance of the a/c, bathroom, room and furniture in need of renovation and care, general feeling of a place running on low budget.

The location and the international clientele.

The hallways smelled of cat piss. The management closed the reception at 9 pm and refused to check us out afterward, even though we had to catch a taxi to the airport at 6 am the next day, and the reception did not open until 7 am. Although she was five steps from the reception area and could have checked us out in five minutes, the manager absolutely rejected our plea to pay. The restaurant hours were limited. The bar area in front of the pool was under construction. In general the hotel was in need of repair. We met a security guard who had just quit after nine months because the service at the hotel was so poor it embarrassed him to work there.

désolée que l'état de l hotel se degrade à vue d'oeil les pergola sont en train de s'effondre les toiture en bois sont entrain de se detorioré à grande vitesse. Dommage pour cet hotel qui devait étre splendide avant.

Hotel bien situé plage a proximité la gentillesse du personnel une directrice qui fait tout pour embellir cet hotel avec les moyens que lui ont attribué ses supérieurs une personne a l ecoute de ses clients jeremy lolote et regine ne changez rien vous etes du personnel a la hauteur bon courage a vous tous a bientôt Christine et adrien de bordeaux p ..

La piscine. La petite cuisine dans le studio est bien pour long séjour en famille.

Les hautesse a l' accueille ne sont pas très accueillante, les service aux petit déjeuner son médiocre( lait froid, jus de fruit chaud, le service n'ais pas très rapide il faut courir après pour en avoir) tarif élevé pour la chambre et que la photo ne correspond pas a la chambre prise (sauf les drap décoloré lol) très dessus en entrant dans la chambre. L’état des lieu en entrant dans la chambre n'ais pas fait mais très exigé a la fin du séjour.

Le silence que j'avais souhaiter excellent

Au petit déjeuner, le mauvais caractère de la femme serveuse, manque d'accueil manque de sourir on diré vraiment que ça la fait chier de bossé. La proximité des fumeur au petit déjeuner ne me conviens pas non plus

La situation geographique- pas sur la mer mais pas loin. La gentillesse du personnel. La salle de bains spacieuse. Proprete.

Repas un peu cher pour ce que c'est! Cuisine: pas assez d'ustensils. Un micro-ondes serait bienvenu. Une bouilloire aussi. Pas de serviettes ni torchons. Par-dessus tout: pas de balcon et une vue sur les toits: j'etais au 511.

Piscine pour les enfants HS. Parking squatter par les gens de l'extérieur qui en profite quand le portail est ouvert pour s'y garer. Commerces inexistants.
